Comfortable vacation apartment with a balcony (75 m²)

A very cosy 4-star holiday rental in Waldmünchen, in the southern Upper Palatinate Forest. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by meadows and forests. Numerous hiking and biking trails are nearby, as well as a wide range of activities for children (outdoor swimming pools, amusement parks, wildlife parks, an underwater station, rock trails, a dragon cave, toboggan runs, playgrounds, etc.). Over 75 square metres of living space ensure you’ll have an unforgettable holiday. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The dining area and kitchenette are fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, 4 hob burners, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, microwave, and a full set of dishes. The living area features an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, a pull-out sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to the balcony. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. In the entryway of the house, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer, which you’re welcome to use for a fee. Wi-Fi and parking (in the covered carport) are included in the price. Payment is made on-site in cash. The deposit is 30% of the total cost of your stay. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The keys are hidden in a secret location at the property. You will receive instructions regarding this well in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: 1.30 per adult per night; children ages 6 and older: 0.50 EUR per night. Pets are not allowed. A cot/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 20 EUR. A bread roll delivery service is available Monday through Saturday (except on certain holidays).
