About this property

Beautiful cottage right on the beach

The CORTIJO is a lovingly furnished vacation home right by the sea, approx. 130 km south of Barcelona, in the province of Tarragona. We offer an air-conditioned or heated house, modernly furnished with great comfort about 100 steps from the beach.

The house has a large living room-dining room with an integrated kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove (ceramic hob), oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (tabs).
The couch in the living room can be pulled out into a bed and can comfortably accommodate 2 people (160x200).

The two bedrooms each have a double bed (200x200 and 160x200) and spacious closet space.

 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet, towel and floor heating for cooler days.

There is a satellite flat-screen TV in the living room as well as in the bedrooms.

On request, WiFi is possible for a fee.

The house is air-conditioned in summer and has heating for colder days and underfloor and towel heating in the bathrooms.

There is a swimming pool in the large garden. There is also an outdoor shower and of course a barbecue area.

The whole area is surrounded by a wall that protects from prying eyes. Also ideal for children and dogs.
The beach is only a few steps away.

The house is located in the beautiful urbanization Mont Roig - Bahia directly on the sea. The urbanization has no through traffic. In this respect, it is pleasantly calm and relaxing. In summer there is a small supermarket, 2 minutes away, where you can get fresh bread and baguettes. There are other shops for daily needs in the neighboring towns of Cambrils and Miama.

Cambrils is an idyllic beautiful place with a fishing and marina and many shopping opportunities.

Mehr Schein als sein, Villa war vielleicht mal.Alles in die Jahre gekommen, es mangelt an Renovierung innen und außen. Die Klima funktioniert, ist aber sehr laut und nicht Stand der Technik. Der Fußboden hat Setzungen mit losen Fugen. Im Bad findet sich in den Fugen Schimmel und in der Duschwanne sind Schmutzränder. Der Pool hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gehabt, hier fehlen im Boden schon einzelne Fliesen… die Treppe im Eingangsbereich ist teilweise ausgebrochen.Das Grundstück als solches ist großzügig und schön, allerdings alles unstrukturiert zugewachsen.Wir können es leider nicht weiterempfehlen…

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass der Aufenthalt im "el cortijo" nicht den Erwartungen von Jens entsprachen. Wir sind dankbar für Kritik und Anregungen. Ja, Jens hat Recht, es ist kein Neubau sondern ein im katalanischen Stil vor längerer Zeit gebautes Haus. 2018 wurde es komplett saniert und renoviert. Einige alte Baustoffe haben wir erhalten, verbaut bzw. belassen. So auch den Fußboden und die Fliesen der Treppe. Insofern danke für den Hinweis, dass sich Fliesen gelöst haben. Hierum wird sich gekümmert. Ebenso um die schmutzigen Fugen im Bad. 2018 wurde auch eine Wärmepumpe eingebaut, die absolut dem Stand der heutigen Technik entspricht. Damit wird gekühlt im Sommer und geheizt im Winter. Die Geräte sehen aber leider anders aus als eine klassische Klimaanlage. Im Pool fehlen ein paar kleine 5x5 cm große Fliesen, die sich über die Saison gelöst haben. Das tut uns sehr leid. Aber es ist sehr aufwendig, das Wasser abzulassen um 10 MiniFliesen auszutauschen. Dies geschieht nach der Saison. Und der Garten hat einen sehr alten Olivenbaumbestand, Palmen, Bougavillea und Oleander. Alles wird regelmäßig geschnitten und gepflegt. Schade, dass er Jens nicht gefallen hat.

Perfektes Domizil

Die Unterkunft übertraf in allen Punkten unseren Erwartungen, sehr schöne Villa. Alles absolut gepflegt, top gewartet und sauber. Außenanlagen wie Pool, Garten und Terrasse waren in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Ideal für Familien mit Hund. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Belle maison en bord de mer !

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette jolie maison décorée avec goût, au milieu d'un jardin bien entretenu, équipée d'une piscine fort agréable, au calme, à 1min30 d'une petite plage ou on n'est pas les uns sur les autres, à 10min en voiture de Cambrils (restons. Magasins, fiesta...) et de Miami platja (belle plage). La propriétaire habite juste à côté, très serviable, à l'écoute et réactive en cas de besoin ! Nous y retournerons probablement !!!
