The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. A beautifully maintained garden can be seen from the window. Separate garden furniture is available. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.

All windows and external doors are fitted with insect screens. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchenette in the living kitchen (10 sqm) with dining nook (2 seats), electric cooker (2 rings), refrigerator (80 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (1 sqm) with 1 washbasin and toilet.
