Surrounded by water and ideally located between the beach and Grand Lagoon, The Inn @ St. Thomas is a gated community on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is only one block from a public beach access and within walking distance to a plethora of shops, restaurants and entertainment. The resort itself has a swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle board court, sauna, outdoor fire pit and a private boat dock (ask for rules if interested) and a designated area for parking watercraft trailers. It is truly an ideal location for enjoying all that Panama City Beach has to offer.

This spacious second floor town home has plenty of room for the whole family! The entry is located on the second floor. The master bedroom is on the main floor of the condo and features a queen bed. The other bedrooms are upstairs, the second bedroom also features a king bed and two twin beds in the bonus area. The third bedroom also has a king bed. The unit will comfortably sleep 8 people.

Best place to stay in PCB!

We were in this rental for 5 weeks. The communication was terrific! There were a couple hiccups in the first week, but Janet worked quickly to fix them! The unit had not been properly cleaned, however we notified Janet and she confirmed it would be corrected. The unit fit quite a few people comfortably! We were able to work from home (3 of us) and no internet issues. Perfect walking distance to the beach and eateries. The Mexican restaurant was our fave! This was a special treat and plan to book here every year!! Really can’t say enough terrific things about this place!

Low-quality construction, poor maintenance, premium price

Reported problems with recliners upon arrival: NO RESPONSE. Carpet needs cleaning or replacement. Broken decorative mirror on wall. Kitchen and baths very small; shower/tub in downstairs bath oddly shaped with curved floor & excessive soap ledges makes it very small for a shower; risk of slipping and falling. Take extra toilet paper (1 per bathroom per visit); take decent garbage bags. We left early.

Nice complex

Property was close to restaurants and other businesses. Boat dock was nice. Outside pool area was setup nice. Was able to BBQ while swimming. Kitchen was really small but we made due.

Decent

Check in was fine, no trouble with gates or door codes. Upon arrival found that there were some areas that needed more attention to detail from cleaning staff (dirty shower curtains, dusty surfaces, moldy caulking in showers and sinks- but no bugs or anything), hit water heater was flipped off at the breaker, which was hidden, and one of the upstairs toilets wouldn't quit running. Property Mgr said she couldn't get someone out to fix for 2 days. Husband was able to run to store and get it fixed and Mgr gave us some money off our stay for the trouble. Beds were fine, and the Property was well accommodated. Pool area and community area with Shuffleboard were nice. Walk to beach wasn't bad at all and it was located near a couple of restaurants and shops. There were a couple of chairs and some toys available for use, which was great. The dryer took 2 or 3 cycles to get even small loads dry, so that was frustrating, and the water heater couldn't keep up with everyone wanting showers at the end of a long beach day, which is to be a little expected. Overall it wasn't a terrible price for the amount of space that was provided. Would probably book again in hopes that the slight improvements have been addressed.
