The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and single vanity. The third bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, and a sofa to relax on. There is a private door that leads to the backyard with chairs and a table to enjoy company. This property features 2 full kitchens. One is on the ground level and the other is on the middle level. They are both stocked with the cooking implements that are needed to make a home cooked meal for your family. The one on the ground level has bar seating for 2. The one on the second floor and the main kitchen has bar seating for 5. On the second floor is where you will find that dining room with seating for 6 and the large living room with plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. The third bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This property is just minutes from the beach and has a full-size washer and dryer in the townhouse. There is also private covered parking. No need to park on the street.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay, however, if any guests (other than the reservation holder) are under the age of 25 years old, we will require an additional deposit and photo ID.
