This property was clean and is located in a perfect part of Louisville for a vacationing family or vacationing adult friend group. There are plenty of beds on the first floor if you have family members with mobility issues as well. I can say I highly recommend this VRBO property to those visiting Louisville.

We rented the entire duplex, upstairs/downstairs. My family had an enjoyable stay in a clean, lovely, well-appointed and maintained, centrally located duplex in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from most attractions in Louisville, with ample off street parking for our three cars. Management is customer oriented (a rarity these days) provided prompt replies and an accurate depiction of the property. We will rent this house again!

Great find

Our group of 8 stayed at the property for 4 nights. It had plenty of room for all of us. It was near a nice variety of restaurants and we were able to walk to several for meals. It was also nicely located for the areas we visited while in the city.

One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in! The host communicated with me throughout the whole process, even when there was a bump in my road and I couldn't be the one who checked in to the property. Both units were updated and decorated beautifully. Bathrooms were very nice. There are both separate outside entrances and an inside staircase off one of the downstairs bedrooms to access the upstairs unit. Would be perfect if your group is multigenerational as there are two living areas if people have different sleep habits.Convenient location. Plenty of parking in the drive and extra parking on the quiet neighborhood street. You won't be disappointed if you rent. It fit our needs perfectly!

Renter both units for a group of 10 adults and the place did not disappoint. Spacious living space, stocked bathrooms, clean bedrooms. Host was quick to respond when we needed help with the WiFi. The house met our bourbon trail expectations and was in a prime location to the interstate but also 10 minute uber from whiskey row. Would definitely return :)
