6 bedrooms at a great price and in a wonderful location just minutes from downtown! Also, the neighborhood itself is great with plenty of restaurants and pubs in walking distance such that you don’t have to drive into Louisville if you don’t want to. Finally, the host was very nice and extremely responsive when we have a small issue with the Wifi. Will definitely stay there again!

The house was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there! We were a group of 5 couples staying and visiting local distilleries. We had a blast! It was not clear in the listing that this is actually 2 units (upstairs and downstairs) that have been combined. Which is fine, but I just didn't realize that. Also, something I missed when looking at the pictures, the 6th bedroom is actually a bunk bed room that is off of another bedroom. You have to walk through a bedroom to get to it. When I booked this house, we had 6 couples attending. Luckily, one canceled, so we didn't have to deal with this awkwardness. But on the other hand, I also felt I couldn't ask another couple to take their place because we really only had 5 bedrooms for couples. That was our one little hiccup, and like I said, my bad for missing it in the pictures. We had NO issues with the house itself. Very clean and dust free. I have stayed in many rentals that were not dusted well with cobwebs in high corners and on light fixtures. None of that in this house, it was very clean! I will say, I wish the wifi password was on the fridge, or something. It wasn't even in the email with the door code. It was buried in another email that I didn't see until after I got home. Everything worked really well, and there was plenty of parking. Space for 4 cars in the back and more space on the street. There were several places to eat and coffee shops within walking distance. We did enjoy staying here!
