Welcome to our CoZzzy Cottage!

The perfect getaway for couples or friends looking to enjoy Ohio’s Wine Country! Located in Saybrook-on-the-Lake, we’re just:

• 5 minutes to the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake
• 11 minutes from Geneva State Park
• 8 minutes to Ashtabula Harbor
• 20 minutes to local wineries (shuttle will pick you up right in front of the cottage)

Enjoy dining, shopping, covered bridges, lake views, and relaxing vibes — all from a cozy, central home base. Our charming 2-story CoZzzy Cottage is tucked inside a small, peaceful Lake Erie community. You’ll enjoy a small lake view from the house, and it’s just a short walk to take in the breathtaking Lake Erie sunsets. (Please note: there is no beach access.)

Upstairs features an open-concept layout with two separate sleeping areas (no doors between rooms). One area offers a comfortable queen bed, and to the left of the stairs you’ll find a floor bunk bed (160 lb weight limit) and a convenient half bath. Please use the bunk beds at your own discretion.

Downstairs, the cozy living room includes a full-size sofa bed with a nearby window A/C unit.

No lake access. Just beautiful views a short walk away!

If you want a quiet, cozy stay by Lake Erie (and a ton of local wineries), this is a fantastic place to stay! It’s the perfect size for a quick weekend getaway with gorgeous views of the lake in short walking distance. Host was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. They truly made a wonderful place to visit and I hope to be back!

Our family really enjoyed our weekend at the CoZzzy Cottage. It's a beautiful house, and the hosts really have thought of any needs you might have on during your stay. (Ample chargers, white noise machine, board games, and so much more). We highly recommend!

We stayed while on an annual Walleye Fishing Trip. It was a last-minute booking as our original rental cancelled without warning two days before our scheduled arrival. Adorable cottage

It was very clean and the host is extremely gracious and friendly. They clearly want you to have a nice time and enjoy the area. It’s a great spot near the lake that can act as a great little quiet getaway or a jump off point for fishing.

Nice quite little place

Nicely setup cottage, cozy little place, it is small but I really enjoyed it, I’m 6’3” so I had to watch my head but I still like it. On The pricey side but I believe it was worth it, we had a great weekend.

Cute, clean and comfy

Everything was fantastic from booking to checking out. Communication with the owners was quick and very helpful. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean. They had a cute outdoor sitting area which was nice for a chill night with friends. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
