With air conditioning and 2 bedrooms, it is an oasis of wellbeing with charm for up to 6 people where you can leave your everyday cares behind , After a long day with countless impressions of the city and landscape, you can relax in the living room on the sofa with a good movie (SMART TV available) or share your experiences with friends via free internet. If you enjoy cooking, this becomes a game in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could want from the dishwasher, fridge & freezer to microwave and 4-burner stove. Schöne Urlaubswohnung

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Intensiver Kontakt zur Vermieterin, kannte ich bis dato so auch nicht. Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet! Die Wohnung ust idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Schöne Wohnung für schönen Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist ein wunderbares Feriendomizil in Pula! Wir haben schon einige Wohnungen und Häuser gebucht, aber diese Wohnung war wirklich so ausgestattet, dass man den gleichen Komfort wie zuhause hatte. Angefangen bei der Küche, die alle Extras inklusive hatte, wie Induktionsherd, Backofen, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowellen und Spülmaschine sowie alles andere, was man braucht. Auch das Bad war wirklich schön und komfortabel mit Regenwasserdusche und Waschmaschine. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer schön, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein überdachter Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen, das ist Urlaub! Auch für Extras wie Gewürze in der Küche, Waschmaschine, Wäscheklammern ausreichend Bügel in den Schränken sowie schöne Bettwäsche war gesorgt. Familie Lustig versteht es, einen Gast nett willkommen zu heißen und ihm einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Die Lage der Wohnung war wirklich gut. Direkt an den Stränden von Verudela, nur ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus, und zu Fuß zwei gute Restaurants, das Fantasia mit istrischer Küche und die gute Pizzeria Marco Polo, sowie einen istrischen Bäcker und zwei Supermärkte sowie Tobacco zu Fuß in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Das beste Restaurant unseres Aufenthaltes, das Boccaporta mit dem Auto auch 3 Minuten oder ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, und die beste Pizza in Pula, Pizzeria Asterix, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt . Also der Vorteil der Lage: kleines Wohnviertel in Pula, mit allen Einkaufsmöglickeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, bester Restaurantauswahl und Strand wirklich nah. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Absolut komfortabel, entspannt und schön!

Schöne kleine Wohnung im Wohngebiet am Rande der Stadt

Wir waren mit drei Personen in der kleinen Wohnung, sodass der Platz gereicht hat. Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Deutsches Programm gab es nicht, aber wir hatten ja auch Urlaub. Der Bus fährt quasi direkt vor der Tür ab, meist alle 20 Minuten (gefühlt häufiger). Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet hinter einem Hügel mit "Plattenbauten". Man braucht also ein Auto oder Puste und Fahrrad um die schönen Buchten am Meer oder die Altstadt zu besuchen. Der Parkplatz ist Gold wert. Der Supermarkt in der Straße ist innen größer, als von außen angenommen.

tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber, gute Lage, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter

Unser Aufenthalt war vom 05.08.2017 bis 19.08.2017. Wir sind nachhaltig begeistert von dieser Ferienwohnung. Sauberkeit perfekt, Ausstattung absolut alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte, Lage sehr gut. Der Strand ist am besten mit dem Bus zu erreichen (5 Minuten Fahrt) oder zu Fuß (20 Minuten) wenn es nicht zu heiß ist. Wir werden definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Dieses Feriendomizil erhält von uns volle Punktzahl. Familie Stevenson

Wie auf den Bildern

Eine wirklich schöne kleine Wohnung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber und nett hergerichtet. Einen punkt abzug gibt es nur weil es leider fußläufig kaum möglich ist einen Strand zu erreichen, jedoch eine schöne Marina zum ansehen. Direkt eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür ist sowohl spitze wenn man in die Stadt oder an den Ambrella Strand gehen will als auch ganz schön laut wenn die Buse bis 1 uhr nachts vor dem Fenster rauf und runter fahren. Hat also seine vor- und nachteile. Wir waren alle 4 echt zufrieden.
