Welcome to your vacation home in Croatia - always something new!
In our beautiful house you have 2 apartments available. Each 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with open kitchen and 1 bathroom with a total of 90 m² on the ground floor and first floor. In the 1. OG we have built a new kitchen in 2018 and the EC has been expanded in 2017. The house is fully equipped and air conditioned. The equipment is well maintained. They each have TV, stereo and Wi-Fi. In the outdoor area, with about 1100 m², you will find a 10m x 4m pool with enough space to relax and have fun together. In addition, we have grown an outdoor kitchen with barbecue area, so you can enjoy the sunset while grilling. Our guests are enthusiastic. As there are both kitchens and bathrooms available on both floors, you are in a house together and independent of each other. You will find shops for daily needs within walking distance. The property is fenced, around the pool you have privacy. Maybe you even find some fruits in the orchard?

Sehr sauberes Haus, schöne Gegend.
Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Outdoor-Küche ist perfekt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr gut möglich.

Top Haus, top Betreuung
Wir haben uns in der Villa Lavanda sehr wohl gefühlt. Super schön eingerichtet, super Außenanlage mit Außenküche. Betreuung vor Ort auch spitzenmäßig. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
