This modern holiday home is located in a quiet neighbourhood of the resort town of Crikvenica on Kvarner Bay. It is stylishly and charmingly furnished. The wonderful outdoor area offers plenty of space and numerous leisure activities. The living area and all bedrooms have satellite TV. In the basement of the house there is a separate room with a pool table. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a stylish dining area for up to eight people, a living room, two bedrooms with balconies, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The living/dining/kitchen area provides access to the rear outdoor area. The remaining two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. There you will also find some fitness equipment. The well-equipped outdoor area is dominated by the pool area, which has a shaded terrace, eight sun loungers, a six-person hot tub, a table tennis table and lots of greenery. This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic setting and is therefore not suitable for party-goers. Bookings by youth groups under the age of 25 are not possible.


The property is 1 km from the beach and 900 metres from the centre. The nearest grocery store is 900 metres from the holiday property. The nearest restaurant is 900 metres away.
