Appartement Vue sur mer et montagne. Un peu vieillot mais excellent pour 15 jours. Seul bémol, loin d'une plage adaptée aux enfants. Le seul vrai défaut est le voisin du dessous et ses chiens qui aboient toute la journée.

spacieux et trÚs bien situé, belles vues .

l'ensemble Ă©tait convenable en ce qui concerne l'Ă©quipement et la fonctionnalitĂ©. Le gros point nĂ©gatif : le mĂ©nage n'Ă©tait . Sans ĂȘtre maniaque, il y a un minimum. Sur le sol nous avons trouvĂ© dans toutes les piĂšces des boules de poils d'animaux et une forte odeur d'urine (sans doute un chat) dans un coin de la salle Ă  manger. Heureusement que nous avons passez beaucoup de temps dehors et sur les balcons !!!

Appartement grand trĂšs propre, spacieux, confortable, fonctionnel, tout y est pour passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour ! RĂ©sidence trĂšs propre. 400ms de laplage vue surmer ! Point nĂ©gatif : personne ĂągĂ©e Ă  lunette dans le mĂȘme escalier que le logement de la copro qui met des mots anonymes aux voitures qui logent dans la location et s'en plaint alors qu'elle sait que c'est rĂ©glementaire... Isolation phonique trĂšs trĂšs faible avec l'appartement du dessous et manque la VMC car trĂšs humide. Sinon trĂšs trĂšs b

TrÚs bon emplacement, à cÎté du centre.

Idéal pour les randonneurs, car donnant directement sur littoral. Construction type HLM des années 60, un peu bruyante, mais bien équipé et sympa. On y reviendra.
