5BR/3.5 Bath Canal Paradise that features not one but TWO spacious living rooms for big families to enjoy. Spend your days admiring the canal view with access to your private dock that can accommodate up to a 30 foot boat. Grab a kayak or one of the two paddle boards to go explore the waterway (we provide 5 life jackets for your convenience). Head to the beach effortlessly with direct beach access. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen that features an induction cooktop and new oven with a built-in air fry feature. We have a dedicated ice machine as well as a separate beverage cooler located under the coffee bar. The backyard provides space for everyone to enjoy! Play corn hole or ring toss while grilling or go crabbing off your dock. Whole house water filtration system installed in Jan. 2022 so no need to worry with bringing bottled water! We look forward to having you as our guest!

Great spot and great stay

Probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in at OiB. Super well appointed with plenty of room for the whole family. The house is right on a canal and just down from the beach access. Carrie was an awesome host and we will for sure be back in the warmer months!

Gave us a wonderful labor day vacation!

It's a clean, well-equipped and luxury vacation house. The owner is very communicative, responsive and friendly. We had a very enjoyable time, especially the kids loved the house. Definitely would go back!

We all had such a wonderful time the house was all you could want the walk to the beach was so close the whole family loved the up stairs game they had a ball trying to beat each others scores we all played cornhole just wonderful memories made
