New dock and seawall, hottub, outdoor seating and grilling are offered at this inviting cottage located on a deep water channel in a boating community. Two bedroom and two bathroom cottage offers such a diversity and creates unforgettable memories.

Enjoy the water view, relax in hottub, bring your boat (up to 8.6' beam).

KITCHEN: Home offers an open concept tropical style floor plan. Beautiful kitchen features SS appliances and quartz counters. Living area has a wet bar.
MASTER BEDROOM: Master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bath with shower.
2ND BEDROOM: Second bedroom has a murphy bed with a full size mattress. There is a 2nd full bath off the living room.
LIVING ROOM: Living rooms also has a pull out sofa with a queen size mattress. House can easily accommodate 4 people.
LAUNDRY ROOM: There is a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.
COVERED DECK: Enjoy your covered 10x20 rear deck complete with HOT TUB and privacy shades!

NEW DOCK: There is a 8' x 40' fixed dock for fishing and watching sealife.

Excellent Property, Fantastic Hostess

This property was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with all you need to enjoy your stay. The hostess was very responsive to our questions and needs. We've used VRBO often and this was one of the most enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay at this property! The dock outside was perfect for fishing and the overall cleanliness of the home was just as described. The owner is very responsive, and made our stay a great one! We will be back :)

Little Gem on the water!

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home. It was very clean, charming and very comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed, including 2 kayaks which we used each morning! We enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the sting rays go by. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit this property again!
