Welcome to Leisure Beach Lookout, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located on the water in the canal-filled neighborhood of Leisure Beach in Hudson, Florida. The Lookout is perfect for a couple to just get away and/or work remotely, a retreat for 2 couples, a couple with 2 children, or a group of friends. Check out the game room! Decorated to emphasize the Florida lifestyle, you'll simply fall in love with the views - inside and out!

The upstairs offers 2 bedrooms. One has a king-sized bed with view of the water and access to the upper story deck, The Lookout, along with Roku and TV. The second bedroom, which shares the upstairs bathroom, offers a queen-sized bed and smart TV. And upstairs office space rounds out the offering of the upstairs. Downstairs you'll find the second full bathroom, large living room, open kitch and dining room, and the newest addition - the game room! Hoops, anyone?

Parking is easy - you can park up to 3 vehicles right out front.

Wi-fi is provided for free.

Living room contains HUGE sectional with 55-inch smart TV, and we also provide cable.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances.

Primary bedroom offers king-sized bed and TV with Roku, ample closet space, 2 night stands, and 2 dressers. The second bedroom offers queen-sized bed, 2 night stands, dresser, and hanging rack.

Lookout Leisure Beach Get Away

We enjoyed our 2+ weeks stay here. Very attractive on the outside and very clean on the inside. We had a comfortable enjoyable stay here.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt an einem Kanal

Wir fühlten uns wohl in diesem Haus. Es befindet sich an einer ruhigen Lage. Der Aussenbereich am Kanal teilt man sozusagen mit den Nachbarn, da es ein Doppelhaus ist. Im Haus gibt es eine relativ steile Treppe zu den Schlafräumen. Die Sicht von der Terrasse oben ist sehr schön. Die Küche ist erstaunlich gut ausgerüstet. Nach einem Problem bekamen wir sehr schnell Hilfe vom Besitzer.

Good staging point for a trip

Nice little townhome on a canal connected to the gulf. Great home base for a trip into a Tampa or Orlando theme park. Lots of places around to fish and parks to hike. Lots of stores and restaurants to get essentials and a bite to eat. Lauren and Aric are very nice people. They've stocked the place with games and the 50" TV with Netflix and Prime for the rainy days. You won't be disappointed.

Lauren and Aric are Florida natives, born and raised. They started Vacation Nature Coast from their back yard in Tarpon Springs, and fell in love with sharing the Florida lifestyle with their guests. They've since expanded into Hudson and Cedar Key and love spending time at their properties themselves.

Why they chose this property

This property is nearly one-of-a-kind. It's an almost 3,000 square foot townhouse-style duplex on the water! How cool is that? The star of the Hideout side is certainly the primary suite and bathroom! On the Lookout side, it's the second story deck! Both units have so much to offer.
