Visit Lovett Holiday House- with new bathroom and kitchen upgrades coming for Summer 2024!
Walk around the corner to the Roux or the very popular water front Fish Camp! Mornings are beautiful to eat on the deck or walk to your choice of cafes. In the evening, put your name on a list and wait on the porch with a glass of wine for your table. Catch the trolley from the Ice Plant Distillery down the street. Join a ghost tour or walking food tour! Carriage horses often walk by, bringing the charm to you too.

Take a morning walk or bike ride on the beach. We're less than 10 minutes away to several different sandy beaches in St Augustine and Vilano. In the neighborhood has a community pool. Admission fees have been covered by the Jacksonville Jaguars for the past few years. Less than a mile away, rent a boat for the day and look for dolphins. If you need more ideas, we will send you a locals guidebook before check in.

Great part of the neighborhood!

The across the street neighbors to this property are excellent! The house set up is perfect for families or even couples. There is plenty of gathering space but also privacy in the house. We enjoyed morning walks, the neighborhood history and the close restaurants. We opted to drive to St. George area because of the time of year (too hot for some of our family to walk) but it is absolutely walkable from this location. The garage and drive way were excellent since our family comes from different states. The house had just the perfect kitchen tools available too. We opted to cook a few meals and had everything we needed! We had so much fun and would return to this house.

Perfect location

This home was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much! The location was centrally located to literally everything. We walked to the old town to watch the Fourth of July fireworks show so we didn’t have to fight with parking. Our entire family enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back again.

Sweet St Augustine Stay

We LOVED our stay❗The house was bright, clean and very comfortable. It was so nice to stroll downtown to great restaurants without having to deal with parking. We so enjoyed the credenza of games, dbl sized hammock and outdoor ladder golf game ❗ Thanks for having beach chairs, blanket , cooler and beach bags. We enjoyed the kitchen being fully stocked with coffee, spices and creamers. It made our get away so much fun and easy❗ Will definitely book again.

Will absolutely be back!

This house is one of the best rental homes that I’ve stayed in! The location is perfect for anyone whether you’re looking for a fun nightlife or some peace and quiet. It’s close enough to all the bars but also on a nice neighborhood with very friendly neighbors who really make it feel like home. The beaches in St. Augustine are very clean and not crowded at all. If you’re like me and prefer a pool over the ocean, there is a pool down the street at the YMCA. I know, I was reluctant too but it was actually a pleasant surprise and we had the pool pretty much to ourselves. I stayed here with my family and although we were able to spend time together, there was also plenty of hangout spots inside and out to get some refreshing alone time. I absolutely loved this place and will be staying here again when I come back to St. Augustine!

I'm a mom of two and happy host for several properties. I've lived all over the US and appreciate the mountains to the desserts to the ocean. Decorating each house is a labor of love and I hope to create spaces for my guests that I know my family would also personally enjoy and feel comfortable in.

Why they chose this property

I grew up coming to St Augustine every year to spend summers with my grandparents. I know everything about this town and am so happy to be able to host my own guests now. Because I love history so much, I knew an older home right in downtown was to me. With the backyard, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect second home.

What makes this property unique

Unlike many homes in Lincolnville and downtown, we have parking, a garage, and a backyard. This home is also much larger than most houses you'll find in the area - not to mention it's over 100 years old. Haunted? I'm not sure yet.
