We're so happy to hear you and your sisters had such a lovely time. Hopefully, we can host you again when it's truly Florida weather so you can all enjoy some more sun.
Our host Raena was very happy to help with all of our questions about the area and the nights of lights events. We were very pleased with the turnout. The house was ready before the time expected for us. The house is beautiful and very spacious for us. The location was nice and quiet. It is walking distance to some of the restaurants and downtown area. Will definitely make reservations again. Very Happy overall! Five star!

I love to hear this! We’re so happy to hear your family made new holiday memories here. Please come back anytime.
The property is easy to access and has a shocking amount of living space that handily accommodated a large group. It is also easy walking distance to a lot of the city proper, including one of the trolley stops that makes the weekend stay one of the easiest get-arounds I've had.

Thank you, Alex. The house is much larger than the photos show, isn't it? We will have to look into adding more to help our future guests see what to expect. Having so much defined space really is perfect for those family reunions and wedding parties.
This Historic home is beautiful. Roomy, clean & well stocked. It's close & convenient to all of the historical downtown attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very comfortable with 8 adults. There was plenty of bedroom space, a lovely dining room table, and a very well-stocked kitchen with great appliances. We found it easy to walk to the historic district. It was clean and quiet.

About the host
Hosted by Raena
I've lived all over the US but call Tahoe and St. Augustine, FL home. Decorating each house is a labor of love and I hope to create spaces for my guests that I know my family would also personally enjoy and feel comfortable in. My favorite thing about hosting is helping others find all the hidden gems in the places we love. We hope you make many memories and here to help in anyway we can.
Why they chose this property
I grew up coming to St Augustine every year to spend summers with my grandparents. I know everything about this town and am so happy to be able to host my own guests now. Because I love history so much, I knew an older home right in downtown was to me. With the backyard, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect second home.
What makes this property unique
Unlike many homes in Lincolnville and downtown, we have parking, a garage, and a backyard. This home is also much larger than most houses you'll find in the area - not to mention it's over 100 years old. Haunted? I'm not sure yet.
