Rest and relaxation on the mountains of Pistoia

Beautiful and comfortable apartment of 70sqm with entrance from the ground floor and divided on two floors.
Ground floor: living room with, fireplace and satellite TV; Kitchen / dining room - 1. Floor: 2 double bedrooms (one with extra bed); Bathroom with shower / WC / bidet. Basic Internet wi-fi. Private terrace with garden furniture.

Rental Conditions:
The price includes the following: bed linen and towels, final cleaning, gas, water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi,
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit 150 € (refundable), tourist tax 2 € per person / day max. 7 days, free children under 14. Use of washing machine 5 €. Whirlpool / sauna upon payment. Pets not allowed.

This beautiful and small holiday complex consists of 6 very comfortable holiday apartments and is located 15 km northwest of Pistoia. It lies at approx. 740 m above sea level and is in the middle of nature, ideal for a relaxing vacation away from the pollution and chaos of cities.

In the large and flowery garden is the swimming pool (11 x 5 m, open from late May to late September). There is also a barbecue area, a washing machine, a table tennis. Internet wi-fi, jacuzzi bath and sauna (fees applicable).

Ideal for families with children, here you can enjoy the tranquility, stroll along the little brook, or read a book or drink a glass of wine on the various garden terraces.

The cities of art such as Florence, Pisa or Lucca are easily accessible; but also the many small old villages in the area are worth a visit.
Nearest shops and restaurants in Le Piastre, 1.5 km away.

The owners are a nice couple, very friendly and always ready to accommodate the guests.
All apartments are tastefully decorated, elegant and well maintained. Each apartment also has its own area in the garden or in the small private spot, which is equipped with garden furniture.

Herrliche Unterkunft mit unglaublich netten Vermietern

Geplant war ein Urlaub in der Toscana. Viel Ahnung von „der Toscana“ hatten wir nicht und waren von daher ein wenig überrascht mitten im Gebirge gelandet zu sein. :) dachten wir doch an Felder, Hügel und Zypressenbäume. Aber das war gar nicht schlimm! Herzlich wurden wir von Maria und ihrer Familie begrüßt. Nach 2 Tagen Autofahrt konnten die Kinder sich erst einmal im sehr sauberen Pool abkühlen und austoben. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und die ganze Anlage einfach traumhaft schön und top gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Man muss aufgrund der Lage ein wenig Fahrzeit einplanen für Ausflüge z.B. nach Florenz, Volterra oder den Strand. Aber auch das ist nicht schlimm. Es ist ja Urlaub und wir hatten Zeit. Und spätestens nach dem Besuch in der Stadt mit 36 Grad brennender Sonne, war man unendlich froh den Abend in den kühleren (30 Grad :) ) Bergen verbringen zu dürfen, die wie wir jetzt wissen ebenso so Toscana sind. Da eine Ferienwohnung nahe Florenz, mit 36 Grad wollten wir uns gar nicht vorstellen! Übertroffen wurde diese wunderschöne Unterkunft aber noch von den Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber Familie sowie deren Nachbarn. Wir können nur danke sagen, für diesen unvergesslichen schönen Urlaub! Ihr fehlt uns!
