The house is located in a quiet residential area, while allowing you to walk to the shops and services of the village: bakery, mini-market, supermarket, creperie and catering, pharmacy, doctor, nurse's office and other local services.

Saint-Thégonnec is a stopover village: a convenient place to stay, living and on a human scale.
