Downtown Milford , great location

Regardless of the reason for your stay; this property will not disappoint. Guests are sure to have found the perfect spot to enjoy a clean ,comfortable stay, 2 blocks from downtown.

This home is a three unit house, all three units have there own entrances, the only shared space is the driveway parking. There are 2 units with 1 long term occupant in each unit. This unit is the only one of the 3 that I am short term renting for now. It is a town house style lay out, with the living space, bathroom, and kitchen area on the main level, and a latge bedroom upstairs.The wood floors in bedroom have been refinished back to lifeafter being hidden under carpet for decades. The porch & patio cement is new with a privacy fence around making a great, private outdoor space; new carpet on the main level living room floor.

Everthing the quaint little town of Milford has to offer like the great restaurants/ bars, shops and more is all with in walking distance right out the front door of this very cute 2 level 1 bedroom space. On the main level that you walk in at you will find the kitchen a cute living space and a full bathroom. Up the stairs is the large bedroom. Back outside on the main level is a very nice area both under the covered porch or out from it on the cement patio to just relax take in some sun or maybe grill and have cocktails.

The General motors proving grounds is only 4 miles away if you are coming to town for business. Ride your bike to Kensington metro Park or the wonderful mountain bike trails of Highland Recreation Area. The Huron river is a few blocks away so bring or rent a kayak or paddle board to enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of a day or 2 on the river.

Great place in Milford

The house was great for our weekend trip, super clean and Paul was amazing making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great option for a short stay in Milford

I had a dinner meeting in Milford, but there are no hotels in town. Found this apartment. Very clean place just a 5-minute walk from Main Street. Paul the owner was very attentive and helpful in making the stay happen at the last minute. I'd stay there again for sure.

The host was great and informative. Walking distance from shops, bars, and restaurants. The neighborhood is great. Milford is nice with a lot to do nearby. Excellent stay. Kennsington metropark is close with a lot of activities and a host of great golf courses in the area. I would recommend this rental to friends and family.

Cozy spot in the perfect location

We stayed for four nights in this cozy apartment. It had all we needed and it was in a great location close to restaurants and shops in downtown Milford. Paul was a gracious host and excellent communicator. No questions were left unanswered. His place was very neat and clean. We would stay here again!

What a find!!!

This is a gem! We came in town to visit family in Milford. So close to the my favorite coffee shop and the rest of Milford. The space is charming, bright and new! Will definitely be back. Thank You!

Visiting Family in Milford

In general the property is ok. Location is great, nice neighborhood and close to downtown. Off-street parking is ok. There is a lack of table/workspace, only a 4 foot shelf with two stools in the kitchen. I suggest replacing the antique school desk in the living room area with a small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom is uncomfortably small. Seniors should know that the bathroom is on the groundfloor and the bedroom is on the second floor.

This is a brand new property for me , (just purchased it late March of 2022 ) but I'm NOT new to providing clean, comfortable and unique locations as short term experiences.
I've owned and operated short term stay locations for over 12 years with multiple properties primarly in beautiful northern Michigan ( you can check out one of my other properties vrbo# 988847 to read reviews if you want to get some idea of the qualty this property/ property owner will provide). I have a high standard for clean stays, and pride myself on great communication and customer service if needed. My team and I are in the process of getting this space ready and will be available by June 1st.
I am excited to return to the area I grew up in and provide this unique location in such a great little nugget of a town with so much to offer.

This property consists of 3 units ( all with seperate entrances and living spaces) parking is shared, 1 unit is owner occupied.

This location is perfect!
The town of Milford has no hotels and only a few other short term options.
This property is 2 blocks from Main. This property gives you an opportunity to stay in a safe , friendly neighborhood where Sidewalks and bike paths will take you around town and throughout the area to places like Kensington metro Park, Highland Rec.( mountain bike trails) & a system of hard surface trails through out Oakland County.
If your a kayaker the Huron river is very close and you will be floating in just minutes from this house.
