The Little Pink Sandstone House “Ti Lulu”—A charming fisherman’s cottage with a view of the sea
This charming old fisherman's house completely renovated in 2026 welcomes you for your holidays!
Ideally located:
-The wild beaches of the cape in a few minutes walk
-City centre at 1km
Port at 400m
The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Erquy on the heights of "Tu est Roc" historic district composed of its typical pink sandstone houses. It will seduce you with its comfort, its authentic décor, its flea market spirit and its charm of yesteryear preserved.
Our ideally located house allows you to access the beaches, the port and the city centre on foot! All you have to do is let go of your car and enjoy Erquy and its sumptuous living environment.
The house is composed of 3 levels:
*On the ground floor you will find a large entrance with reception area, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
*On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with sea view 🌊 with its pretty equipped kitchen, living room and living room.
You can also benefit from access to the intimate outdoor patio on this floor equipped with a table and a lounge
*On the 2nd and last floor you will find 1 landing which leads to 2 bedrooms:
-a bedroom with bunk bed (popular with children) -a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with sea view. These 2 bedrooms have access to a bathroom with toilet also with sea view
A room adjoining the house allows you to enjoy water games and others.
The house invites you to disconnect digitally in order to make the most of your stay.
It therefore has no TV or WIFI.
In Erquy, let yourself be seduced by its breathtaking landscapes, its magnificent GR 34 and the beauty of the surrounding Breton coast.
Many discoveries, visits and activities are offered:
-The blue lakes accessible from the port or the cape.
-Water activities
-Surrounding beaches: Lourtuais, Portuais, Guen beach, Ilot St Michel, Lanruen beach, Hospitals beach but also St Pabu beach, Caroual...
