Le spectacle est sans cesse sous nos yeux depuis le balcon ou grâce aux baies vitrées ; la vue du 3ème étage est juste splendide.Ce cadre idyllique fait oublier la vétusté de la salle de bain, la bassine sous le lavabo pour la fuite d'eau, la moquette tâchée dans la pièce de vie... Il suffirait d'un peu plus d'entretien pour que tout soit parfait !Malgré tout, vacances magnifiques et très bon accueil de la part du service de conciergerie.

Vue exceptionnelle. Appartement agréable à la configuration assez curieuse.Couverts pas à la hauteur. Pas de tire-bouchons (vraisemblablement subtilisé) ni couteau à pains ni couteaux de cuisine ni pinces à crustacés bref pour les prochains arrivants pensez à amener TOUT ce qui ne paraît pas essentiel.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement confortable. La pièce de vie et la vue sur la plage et le cap d'Erquy sont les atouts de ce logement. Un grand merci à la conciergerie du Penthievre pour leur accueil simple, efficace et chaleureux. L'appartement mériterait toutefois quelques travaux pour rendre la salle de bain plus moderne et confortable, la cuisine et l'arrière cuisine également. En hiver, l'isolation (baies vitrées vieillissantes) et la ventilation de l'appartement ne sont pas suffisants pour maintenir un confort thermique sans pousser le chauffage au dessus de 20.LL'apmerieteraittoutefois quelques travaux

Wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Strand. Nur ein Fussweg liegt dazwischen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer hat neuere Möbel und die Bettten sind bequem. Leider ist das Badezimmer in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und sollte dringenst renoviert werden. Auch das Wc sollte erneuert werden. In der Küche sollten die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher ersetzt werden. Die Wohnung wurde leider vor unser Ankunft nicht gut gereinigt. Das ist schade, weil die Wohnung sonst wirklich toll wäre.

Superschöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns darüber gefreut, dass wir wirklich direkten Blick auf den Atlantik hatten und sich das Gezeitenspektakel direkt vor uns abgespielt hat. Es kam mir manchmal so vor, als würde ich vor dem Fernseher sitzen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, es steht alles zur Verfügung. Allerdings hätte ich mir einen Föhn in der Badaustattung gewünscht. Des weiteren wären ausreichend Tabs für Spül- und Waschmaschine wünschenswert. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Grüße von LISZA!

Vue très belle, comme sur les photos. Salon, salle à manger et chambres refait à neuf. Cuisine très bien équipée. Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Salle de bain à refaire mais fonctionnel. Chambres grandes et lits confortables. Canapé lit facile à utiliser et correct. Volets cassés à changer et rideaux à prévoir plus large. Vue sur le port et sur la baie de St Brieux. Résidence très propre avec accès direct à la plage. Très grande plage avec école de voile. Lors des grandes marées, les vagues s'écrasent sur la jetée. Magnifique ! Ville d'Erquy avec tous les commerces et de très bons restaurants proposant des produits de la mer en provenance directe du port de pêche. Succulent. On reviendra avec plaisir.
