This updated and remodeled home-away-from-home is one of the most beautiful at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Blue Sky Mornings is located in the highly desirable Tower II on the eighth floor.

Inside is a one-of-a-kind floor plan with luxury vinyl plank floors, an open layout, and nautical decor. Soak up views of the Gulf through the sliding glass door or step out to the balcony to breathe in the fresh salty air and overlook 110 acres of beachfront.

A sectional sofa inside is uber comfy to enjoy the flat-screen TV with cable, and free wireless internet access keeps your connected and helps you plan your next activity at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all you need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Dine at the four-person table, and the bar includes seating for two more.

The bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning views of the beach and gulf. Unique bunk nooks in the hallway are unique to the Resort and each features its own flat-screen TV. Additional sleeping is available on the gel foam sleeper sofa in the living room.

Two full bathrooms have both been completely remodeled and offer tiled walk-in showers.

A washer and dryer is also available inside the condo.

Be ready for your vacation to begin as soon as you are on property! Our team will put your pre-scheduled groceries away and get your drinks cold before your arrival.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

Beautifully remodeled unit on the 8th Floor of Tower 2 at Edgewater. Overlooking the Gulf in the room from the balcony and the massive pool from the entrance Balcony. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice couch and bunk beds, Awesome Showers and anything you need stocked in the room for the most part! Excellent stay 10/10!

The Property was exactly as advertised and then some… My wife and I truly enjoyed every single second of our stay in this very tastefully decorated and comfortable condo. It was like Home away from Home. We had several family members staying at this condo complex the week we stayed. In all I believe there were a total of 8 units being rented of various sizes in towers I, II, and III. This condo was by far the most updated and clean of them all. Including two units that were 12th floor condos. Very nice owners and responsive.

If you are looking for a great spot for your family stay in Panama City, look no further! Location is great, the condo was super clean, newly renovated, and offered everything you could want or need. We both work in the medical field and love to travel when we get the time off. We are from St. Louis, MO, and absolutely LOVE the area of Panama City Beach!

We really strive to make your stay the most comfortable and best there is! We want our home to be your "perfect’ getaway," even if for only a few nights. Rest assured that we take extra precautions to make our home as clean as possible. After each stay, all towels, linens, and even our bedspreads are professionally laundered. We clean and disinfect all surfaces with approved CDC cleaners and floors are vacuumed and mopped with high temperature steamed mops. Extra cleaning supplies are provided for you to use throughout your stay to ensure extra cleanliness. Keeping our guests safe and healthy is our top priority.
