FROM SEASON 2020: WITH A NEW POOL
5.20X3M WITH COUNTER-SWIMMING POINT FOR SOLO USE (unless apartment is booked at the same time).

Beautifully renovated, over 100 year old stone house in the north of the island of KRK, Malinska in the Ostrobradic district.
New in rental since 2018.
The house has been restored and furnished to a high standard.
The house consists of a main building and an attached apartment.

SEASON:
May to June and September to October

PEAK SEASON:
01.07.-31. 08th


Prices include: bed linen / towels / final cleaning.
Plus deposit (200.- Euro) and tourist tax.

Pets are allowed and will be charged at EUR 5 per day.

FURNISHING:
MAIN HOUSE:
Living room, spacious kitchen, dining room (6 seats) in the glazed extension, 2 bedrooms with double beds (German standard) 180 and 160x200cm, gallery with sofa bed as emergency sleeping space for 1 person, bathroom (lovingly designed by the previous owner in Moroccan style), air conditioning in each Bedroom. Extensively equipped kitchen with large French-door refrigerator with beverage dispenser.
2 terraces with loungers and mini-seat lounge as well as sports equipment, grill.

Small garden for common use (together with the apartment, if booked).

The building offered here also includes an attached apartment. This is rented separately. So it may be that guests are also in the apartment during their vacation. If this is not desired by you, you also have the option of renting the entire villa including the apartment. The terraces of the main house and apartment can be separated by a textile partition.

Two bicycles are available for free use.

Sehr schönes Haus, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Küche perfekt ausgestattet. HIer fehlte es an nichts. Netter Außenbereich mit kleinem Garten. Wir haben jeden Abend draußen gegessen mit Blick auf den beleuchteten Pool. Sehr ruhig, genau wie wir es mögen. Empfang durch die Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Bei Rückfragen jederzeit verfügbar. Ein StandUp Board durften wir kostenlos nutzen. Wir waren zu zweit und jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer, eins sogar mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Wir mochten in der Nähe den Paradiesweg am Meer. Dort gab es immer ein Plätzchen, trotz Haupsaison. Wir waren am Hundestrand (Felsen und Kieselstein) der mind. 1km lang ist. Malinska Hafen kann man zu Fuss in 35min erreichen. Das nächste Restaurant ca. 15min zu Fuss. Große Supermärkte (u.a. Plodine) in ca. 4km und 10km (Lidl) mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
