A holiday apartment for 2-4 people in the renaissance manor house Üselitz on Rügen. Gut Üselitz is a listed mansion from the 16th Century. The house is located in the middle of a listed park which is only accessible to holiday guests. The property is surrounded on all sides by the "Üselitzer Wiek", a protected natural bay in the south of Rügen.

The apartment is on the top floor (3rd Upper floor) of the manor house and is approximately 100 square meters. The apartment is a studio apartment with an open floor plan with roof terrace, sleeping area, living area, well-equipped kitchen and free-standing bathtub. There is also an extra bathroom. All windows overlook the estate park and the surrounding water landscape.

The apartment is only available to you as tenants. In addition, the entire estate can be used by tenants of the seven apartments for walks and picnics.
