Welcome to a true Tropical Paradise! Only 2.6 miles from the beach, this beautifully renovated house offers 2 full bedrooms that includes 3 queen beds, 2 fully remodeled bathrooms, a queen premium sleeper sofa in the living room, a full sized futon in the game room with 8 inch thick deluxe mattress, an updated coastal kitchen with island seating, and a backyard oasis perfect for relaxation. With all the comforts of a home, this house includes linens, towels, blankets, a washer-dryer, flat screen smart tv's in bedrooms & living room, high-speed WIFI,The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all pots & pans. The house has a beautiful pool deck overlooking the canal, with a heated pool perfect for entertaining. The backyard includes fun activities such as 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard/kayak, corn hole, outdoor fire pit, sitting by the dock and watching the fish jump, bbq grill, & outdoor dining, and two chaise lounges to soak up the sun!

Pompano is a South Florida beach town that has something for everyone! The newly renovated Pompano Pier is where you'll find shops, restaurants, fishing pier, picnic areas, beachfront kids park & lawn area. Pompano is known mostly for its beautiful beaches but also known for sport fishing, boating, snorkeling, diving, & golfing.

Only 12-minute drive to the beach, 25-minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale, 50 minutes to South Beach Miami, 25 minutes to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

The front circular driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants.

The home is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood.

There is no formal dining area in the home. Areas to eat are the kitchen island, large reversible table in the game room with bench seating, and the outdoor dining areas.
The home is 1335 sq ft. and sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 8 with 3 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, a premium mattress pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, and a premium mattress full sized futon in the game room.

Regularly scheduled property maintenance such as pool, lawn, pest control, etc. may come to provide routine services to the exterior during stays. Pool service is typically Wednesday mornings, Pest control is typically the 3rd Thursday of every other month, and lawn service days vary and are typically 2-3 times per month. Maintenance days/times are subject to change without notice.

Excellent home

This vacation home was beyond our expectations. I am a very diserning renter and do a great deal of research before I chose a property. This house did NOT disappoint. It was pristine and exactly as pictured. While the house is small, it is huge in ammenities. Everything is updated, extremely clean, and comfortable. The pool, yard area and dock were fabulous. We spent most of our time outdoors, loving the quiet and relaxation. Beach, restaurants and stores are all in close proximity making the location ideal. Ronny was very easy to reach and very helpful in every way. I highly recommend this house, it is wonderful in every way.

Great property

My husband and I were visiting family near Pompano for just an extended weekend and needed a bit of extra room. This was the perfect location. We planned on going to the beach for a day, but changed our mind after the first day at the property. The salt water pool was heated and clean and provided everything we were looking for our family time together. Our 8 year old granddaughter had just as much fun as the adults. We did not need more but had the option of kayaks, paddleboards, table tennis, cornhole, tiki-covered fire pit, water toys and so much more. Dinner was a breeze with the grill and all kitchen amenities on hand. Everything was as pictured and described on the site. Bedrooms, baths, living space layout, cleanliness, and air conditioning, were perfect. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Only wish we had a few extra days to stay. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Fantastic house!

This property is exactly as described! Clean and bright with plenty of space for our family. The pool was amazing and gave us a quiet place to relax after the hustle and bustle of visiting the local beaches. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful property, updated house with pool family loved it!!! From booking to access of the house, the owners are amazing and easy to communicate with! We will definitely come back and stay here! House is close to the beach and stores as well. 5 star

Spectacular Property

Sea La Vie is an amazing property and exceeded my expectations. What you see in the listing photos is 100% accurate. The home is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet. All of the beds, including the futon and sofa bed, were comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The walk-in shower was fantastic and with a tankless water heater there is endless hot water. All the towels (even the pool towels!) were soft and thick. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. We like to eat-in when we travel and had everything necessary to cook breakfast and grill lunch/dinners. The only thing that would be helpful is a few more spoons and forks as we had six people and they went fast. All the appliances were clean and in good working order. The real showstopper is the backyard. WOW. We spent a lot more time at the property than I imagined, because there was really no need to leave! It feels very private. The patio is beautiful. The covered eating area is spacious. The tiki hut was our favorite place to hang for coffee in the morning, reading during the day, and chill with a fire at night. My son spent hours catching fish off the dock. The pool is very clean, large and 6ft deep (which thrilled my kids). With the positioning of the awning off the house and the tiki hut in the back, a different portion of the pool is shaded a good portion of the day. So, you can relax in the water in shade or sun, whatever you prefer! No regrets!
