Our house with three modern apartments is located in the sun-drenched Dreisamtal in the midst of the beautiful Black Forest mountain panorama and right at the gates of Freiburg. The quiet, low-traffic location in Oberbirken, a part of Stegen surrounded by meadows, guarantees you peace, fresh air and relaxing holidays.

You go on vacation, we take care of the rest

So that you have enough time for the beautiful things of your vacation, we take care of everything we can do for you: beverage service (water, juice, beer, wine, coffee and tea), internet access and tips for trips.

Parking spaces are located directly at the house and your sports equipment is safely stored in the basement. There is also a bike workshop, a washing area for your bikes and dogs.

Family friendly apartment

We are particularly happy about small guests. Cots and high chairs are possible in all apartments.

Wundervoll ruhig und erholsam

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Hund) haben einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit Allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird (Küchenausrüstung, Abstellmöglichkeiten, Schränke etc.).Auf dem überdachten Balkon hatten wir einen schönen Blick in die Landschaft und konnten bei Abendsonne den Tag ausklingen lassen. Zu Fuß kann im kleinen Ort für den täglichen Bedarf eingekauft werden, im Nachbarort befindet sich ein Bahnhof, so dass es leicht möglich ist, schnell und bequem mit dem Zug nach Freiburg zu fahren. Die Vermieter dieser Wohnung haben wir als sehr freundlich und aufmerksam erlebt, ohne sich aufdrängen zu wollen. Viel zu schnell verging die Zeit, sehr gerne würden wir noch einmal wieder diese Wohnung buchen, dann gerne für einen längeren Zeitraum.

Wir waren in der Wohnung unterm Dach. Der vorhandene Platz unter dem Spitzdach wurde optimal genutzt und eine gemütliche Bleibe geschaffen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, ein schöner Balkon unter Dach gehört ebenfalls dazu. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Matratze im 1,60 m breiten Bett. Die war schon sehr weich und durchgelegen, was bei unserer Bewertung auch zu einem Punktabzug geführt hat. Ein paar zusätzliche Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad wären auch wünschenswert.

Un appartement très propre et très agréable

Les Dräger sont un couple sympathique qui vous accueilleront dans leur appartement tout neuf, très propre, très soigné et très bien équipé. Literie de qualité. Lumineux et agréable terrasse.. On s'y sent très bien. Stegen est un bourg calme avec toutes les commodités et à quelques minutes de Freiburg en voiture et proche de nombreux lieux de visite du sud de la Forêt noire. Nous vous recommandons fortement cet appartement.
