COMPLETELY REMODELED, modern, four bedroom family home that sleeps 12 people located right in the middle of Pacific City, in the charming Dory Pointe Neighborhood. House backs to BLM forest and is just 3 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to the Pelican Pub, Meridian Restaurant, and beachside shopping. All furniture is brand new featuring 2 king beds, 2 twin over full bunks, one queen bed. New sofa and all new TV's. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching 75" TV, cooking in amazing kitchen with waterfall island and all new appliances while watching deer via 15' sliding door to back patio. Sitting in the hot tub with the forest as a back drop is priceless.

Nema 14-50 charging plug in garage for EV's. All new appliance throughout the house. Tile set showers.

Games for the family to play including Uno, Battleship, Connect 4, Scrabble, Jenga and cards. Playstation 5 located in Bunk Room. Room darkening shades in all bedrooms. Comfortable natural gas fireplace in living room.

***We know that everyone wants to have their pets at the beach. We will upon request allow up to 2 dogs (not to exceed 75 pounds each) assuming the dogs are always supervised, do not scratch floors, doors etc. and are not allowed on any furniture. We charge a flat fee of $175 for up to 2 dogs at the property. Any damage done by pets is the responsibility of the owner (please disclose any damage immediately).

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all weekend. We appreciated an extra folding table and chairs for playing games. Lots of space, extra clean, comfy beds and a short walk to everything. We saw deer in the mornings and tide pools in the afternoon. The hot tub was great. The check-in/out was easy.We felt safe parking our cars in the quiet neighborhood and there is extra security with cameras in the front and back of the property.

Great Location!

Perfect location, very comfortable beds, sized great for our family. We loved access to a small trail from the backyard, as well as proximity to the beach. The hosts made it easy...from check in to check out. The spa will be an awesome addition.

A great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location of this home is perfect. The outdoor deck with fire pit and hot tub are great for family time, and the kids really enjoyed playing in the sand around the deck. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We have stayed in many homes over at Pacific City and this is now our favorite! Rod is an excellent host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again for a great stay!

Our whole family loved this home. It was so clean and cozy. Big open space to gather and we loved the kitchen island to gather for meals and morning coffee. The deck was our favorite with the woods in the back. We saw lots of deer and was peaceful in the morning. Walking trail just steps away for quiet morning walks.The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Showers were amazing.Everything is super close - restaurants, shopping, groceries.Thanks for sharing your home with us. We loved it.

Family gathering

We had family from the Midwest come to visit the Oregon Coast for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Totally Refreshed. It was very clean and we appreciated being able to use the hot tub. It would have been nice to have at least one bedroom on the main floor (for my 90+ year old grandma that was with us), but it worked out fine having all the bedrooms upstairs. If we need a rental in Pacific City again, we would certainly look into this property's availability.

Great location

Beautiful house in a great location! We visited for a week and we loved being able to walk out the back door into the trees, to have hiking trails right there and to be able to walk to the beach without going on the main street. The cleanliness was a little wanting. Though mostly it was fine on the important things, however the floor was a little sandy and the hot tub was pretty gross. The owner was responsive when we reached out with questions regarding the TV. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We enjoyed hosting this guest and hope to host them again. We guarantee that our hot tub is not only new but sparkling clean on every visit. We did contact our hot tub service company who services the tub after every guest and they confirmed that the tub was serviced. Unfortunately the guest did not communicate about the hot tub, so it is difficult to say what happened here. We stay at this property frequently and guarantee that the hot tub is not only very nice but absolutely clean. We include contact details in our property for our guests to contact us with any issues and we respond very promptly. Unfortunately this guest did not reach out about the hot tub, only with some questions about operating the TV. We sincerely hope to host you again.

Perfect house, Perfect location

Roomy house, comfortable furniture (including beds) and SUPER clean. The layout of the bedrooms upstairs provided very good privacy allowing some to sleep in while others were up and active downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was in excellent condition. Contacted the owner once with a question and got an immediate reply, much appreciated. Lovely private back deck and enjoyed the fire pit and of course, the clean and spacious hot tub. We had a doe and fawn roll by in the woods 2 evenings. The front entry even has mixed hot and cold water for rinsing off sandy toes, really nice! The location is ideal. It is a short walk to the beach, coffee shop, little store, and dinner so you don't have to mess with a car or parking. No better place to relax, highly recommend!

Quiet setting in the middle of chaos

Really liked the location backing on to wooded property. Convenient location for local activities, walks, beach, shops & restaurants. Comfortable house, room to spread out. Dining area a bit cramped. Back deck is too high & does not have railing, could be an accident problem, not sure it is up to building codes. Also trip hazard with uneven flooring on main level. Could have done without hot tub & the extra charge. Maybe figure out how to lock off the hot tub & only charge people who use it.

Perfect location! Very comfortable for our family of 5 with kids ranging from infant to teen.

Great family house with everything for a comfortable stay. The trails behind the house are great for a short walk to town or exploring. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of our stay. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

Dory Pointe is a peaceful, clean subdivision from which you can access the beach with a short 3 block walk yet has an idealistic setting backing to a beautiful BLM forest including deer and walking trails.

What makes this property unique

Its the combination of being close to the beach (3 blocks) in pacific city but also having a forest in the back yard with deer and great hiking trails. Also the entire inside of the house is brand new so it lives like a luxury high end home. you will love it, it is simply gorgeous.
