This is the perfect beach house for your family. The best location in Pacific City, if not the entire Oregon Coast.
Open the back door and step onto the beach. Your own private beach play area for the kids or to pull up a chair and take in the view. This is a modest, clean comfortable house. And as requested, new faster internet.

4 bedroom, 2 Full Bath, Sleeps 10 Comfortably, Game room with Pool table/ping pong, small Foosball , space invaders and whatever else I might add....or take away when out of order.

Truly a short walk to restaurants, shops & tide-pools.

Game room with pool table, 35 game old school arcade. Everything from space invaders to PacMan. JUST ADDED February 2021 Golden Tee!!

Fishing, surfing, kayaking & tide-pools at your doorstep.

A Happy Thanksgiving!

We stayed on this property over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed ourselves! Our host was incredible! He was very responsive to all of my questions and very easy to talk to! Super nice gentleman! The house is cozy and has the best view you can get at Pacific City. The beach is right out the door! Pelican Pub is just down the street! We had a great time here!

The location of the house is perfect. The house needs a lot of work. I prefer to stay someplace cleaner and nicer more amenities. We could never figure out the master bathroom shower so it was a bath. You had to bathe downstairs in a 1970 shower that points at your chest and the downstairs stinks quite a bit, not too sure about the cleanliness of the downstairs But the location of the house is perfect. The beach is great and that is why you go the furniture in the house is old and you know I just like to stay someplace nicer.

The family you choose

We traveled with friends and stayed at this fun property for a few days. The location is excellent and the house is well stocked with everything you need. We had sunny weather and the kids spent most of their time in the ocean but if the weather had turned there is lots for them to do downstairs in the family play area.

Great getaway

Hill getting to beach was steeper than expected but it was nice having a private beach section at the house. Well stocked kitchen compared to other rentals I've stayed at. Upstairs main TV has display issues and some outlets dont work but its a great house for spending time on the beach.

Amazing View and Location!

We booked this property several months ago in hopes of seeing a storm and we lucked out! We sat in the nicely, renovated great room watching the winter waves and wind. The kitchen has everything you need. There is ample seating in the living area warmed by a wood burning fireplace. Nathan is an excellent host. He is responsive, accommodating and friendly. We definitely hope to stay again in the future!!

Perfect location on ocean!!

This house is one of our favorite places we’ve rented. The location on the beach is the nearest to the ocean, so you have a great view of ocean and down the beach. You can sit on the deck (or inside) and see the Dory boats being launched in the surf in the morning. Then speed landing onto the beach in the afternoon! So cool - spent hours watching them! Saw whale(s) surfacing and spouting! Walk to end of beach and climb dune for good workout and view. Couches very comfortable for nap after hike! Easy to walk to restaurants, groceries and coffee. Or short drive to other restaurants. We hope we can come back again!

The perfect family get away location and cabin

The house is exactly what we were looking for! It is beachfront so we could watch the waves and storms from the warm house through the octagon windows that give you a panoramic view! Walking distance to Pelican Pub for a brew or hot cocoa. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bath and too many games and entertainment options to list (ping pong, pool, golf game, chess, board games, puzzles, books, on and on). The house is clean and lovely but also very comfortable to have our 2 dogs with us. The kitchen has all you need for cooking, and there are plenty of dishes for our group. Nathan was very responsive and kind. We would love to go back! Kathy and family

Best Pacific City, OR. beach location we've ever stayed at.

If you want beach front rental, close to Cape Kiwanda and not a cookie cutter vacation rental this property is for you. It is not a luxurious home but has all the basics and a lot of fun extras, (pool table, ping pong, karaoke, bikes, and other games galore) There is tons of outdoor space on a quiet street. you are literally on the beach! As I said you should not expect luxury it has a couple of decent mattresses, but you will not be paying for a great nights sleep you are paying a very low price for an exceptional location. So bring your air mattresses and have great time in this quaint rental by the sea. There is room for a RV although I don't know if they allow it.

Location, Location, Location

This property is directly on the sand. That was our favorite part of the stay! The game room entertained everyone and the upstairs mattresses were very comfortable. We did not know ahead of time that the only indoor stairway to the 2 levels is a tight, circular iron staircase. It is very narrow and would be an issue for the elderly, infirm or obese guests. We had to use the outdoor stairs and deck to get our coolers and other large items upstairs to the main living area. Inconvenient, but not a problem for our family, just a heads up to the next visitors! The sofas are shot, someone else had commented on this, and I pooh poohed it :) But they are very uncomfortable, because they are worn out and make it hard to truly be able to lounge around and play games and talk for very long in them. Again, we still enjoyed our stay immensely, but these are warnings for the next lucky vacationers to know up front.

Access to the beach is amazing! 12 steps from the back door to the sand. View of the ocean is wonderful! The house needs some updates. Certain things felt old but not in a cool vintage way...just worn out. New owners though, so maybe they'll update the house. We enjoyed our stay. I would book it again.

All about location and view. House is dilapidated but has potential with work. Probably should be pulled from rental until brought up to a higher standard. Broken games, furniture beyond worn, water heater is weak. Upstairs rooms nice but downstairs needs improvement.

Family, kite flying, whale watching, wave jumping, FUN times, and memories made! We loved our time together. The location is excellent, but we were disappointed in the downstairs smell and cleanliness. Many items need significant attention and repair. If the owners would like more details, we would happily speak with them. Being together and enjoying four days mostly outside in September with excellent weather was amazing. A win!
