Great house!! Great pool and spa!! PERFECT for stays at sea world!! The only complaint would be it’s proximity to a shooting range, but we were up early most days anyway.
We realize that this is a new listing and kinks are getting worked out. We liked the property very much. It was clean: I have texted the owner direct my suggestions. We would definitely stay again!

Please Beware before you rent this home!!
Please beware of this owner Stephane. Despite him being a decent guy, he's a very terrible owner and a bad liar. A few hours prior to us arriving, the owner knew the HVAC unit was out and we arrived to a very hot house. The temp in the house was 80 while the AC unit was on 50. When I spoke with him about the issues, he pretended to not know the ac unit was not working even though the property manager had told him prior to our arrival. So for a whole day until almost 2pm the next day, my family had to sleep uncomfortably with the windows open and some fans until the owner brought window Ac units for us to use. It was more cooler outside than inside the house. The first night there I had my 6 month old grand baby and my family restless, sweating, and extremely uncomfortable.
My brother and his wife slept in their vehicke just to get some cool air. So for the rest of the few days spent there, the ac unit stayed broken. How horrible was this. Especially the communication between the customer and the owner. The first day I tried to have the owner rectify this situation and refund us our money for the house. He absolutely refused several times until his manager and I came up with an agreement to stay an extra day free of charge if the Ac Unit was fixed the next day. Ironically the day we checked out was the day the Ac man came out to fix the unit. Please beware before u rent any home from this owner. He is all about taking your money and not about making sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the booking.

Ms. Erin is totally inaccurate about me and about the situation that transpired during her stay at the property. The house she is referring has been heavily rented. A lot of guests have had great experiences at that house and in the other 4 houses that I rent. I have a very good record as a host and I have a Super Host status on Airbnb. Ms. Erin was very rude. She used epithets and expletives when I was politely trying to communicate with her.
First, it turns out that there was nothing wrong with the AC. An AC warranty repairman has since come to the house twice and said that there was nothing wrong with it. It had simply been misused and programmed by a previous guest. For that reason it appeared not to be working during Ms Erin’s stay.
Second, it is not true that I knew that the AC was not working prior to Ms. Erin arriving at the house. There was a guest that checked out right before Ms. Erin checked in and they did not say anything about the AC.
Third, as soon as I found out that there might be problems with the AC, I had an AC guy come to the house, which was very difficult and expensive, given that it was a Sunday and the 4th of July weekend. The AC guy said that the AC needed a part, which he would have to purchase and come back the next day to fix the issue. The AC guy called me back the next day (July 4th) and said he could not find the part because all the AC supply stores were closed. It turns out that the AC guy was either lying and was incompetent because nothing was wrong with the AC, as the home warranty technician later found out.
Third, I maintain communications with Ms. Erin throughout the process. Immediately after I found out that the AC situation could not be resolved on the same day, I bought extra fans. I also offered Ms. Erin an extra night stay. However Ms. Erin was very rude. She would not even let me speak. She used epithets and expletives against me.
Fourth, the next day, on July 4th, at the request of Ms. Erin’s husband, I bought air conditioning window unit for all the rooms and the living rooms. This cost me almost $2000. I asked him if everything would be fine now that all the rooms and living rooms had AC window units and if I could just have the AC be looked by a home warranty technician, who is more trustworthy, rather than the emergency AC technician. He said yes. The earliest day The home warranty technician could come to the house was the day Ms. Erin was checking out.
