The house felt very clean and new. We loved the arcade games, ping pong, and board games. Nice location and the layout of the house was great for a multi family. Grandparents, kids, and grand kids. Nice that the backyard is large and fenced (although the grass was dead). Nice large driveway for plenty of cars.
Suggestions: Could use some plastic/kid friendly dishes. The stick berries by the garbage could get raked up. Some actual chairs in the game room. . . for elderly visitors.

my observations
Good neighborhood and close to skiing and services....
things that were irksome;
*No Propane for grill (empty)
*Door keypad required several attempts for access.
* Dishwasher was broken (Host advised us of this)
*No Ping pong balls and one good racquet and two broken.
*Toilets constantly running
No ability to contact host via vrbo process....
Simply sub standard.

Stay could have been better
The house looks much older in real life than the pictures. We had a group of 12 stay over Christmas. The owners knew this going in and left us 2 garbage bags for the week. The garbage cans were 3/4 full when we arrived and we struggled to deal with the garbage. The master bath shower didn’t work at all. The water was also very hot - so be careful as one of the kids burned his hand on it! The window in the kitchen above the sink is so dirty you can’t see out of it. We had to go buy plastic silverware since there wasn’t enough for our group. The toaster oven is so old that it took 10 minutes to toast bread! I think they should spend the minimal amount of money on a new toaster. The game room was nice. The kids enjoyed playing in there. I couldn’t find a remote for the master bedroom tv so couldn’t use that. Would have been nice to use the garage to dry ski gear but we were told it was off limits. The back of the house butts up to a highway so it is loud at night. Would recommend getting fans to dull the noise. The location was ideal for driving to the canyons to ski. The kitchen and dining area was spacious. We wanted to use the grill for dinner but there was no propane and cigarette butts all over the grates inside! It did fit all of us, which was nice. Great location and clean beds. Would score higher if the little details - like garbage and grill cleanliness - were dealt with so I didn’t have to worry on vacation.
We had a wonderful stay with the family for Thanksgiving. The game room was the perfect place to enjoy family fun. The house had everything we needed. Smoke alarm needed a new battery & Lysy responded immediately with a new one. Everything went great.
A group of friends stay for a wedding. It was clean and had most of the things shown in the pictures it was a great place for us to get together and catch up
Very nice property, plenty of rooms, beds and space for the families. Great location central to plenty of restaurants, shopping and quick access to major intestate/ hi ways. Very prompt responses from host. Would stay again if ever in the area.
