A large family house 330M2, in the heart of the Perche combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern.
7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining room with fireplace, home cinema and heated and secure outdoor swimming pool from mid-April to mid-October (10*4 metres).
The house is perfectly equipped (full kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture and swimming pool, many board games, video library, many books, Bonzini table football etc....).
The house is located in the heart of the village with all shops within 50 metres.
The house is located in the heart of a village, we ask for respect for the area. This house is ideal for family and/or friends gatherings for a good stay of relaxation and rest.
Also many activities to do in the surroundings.
The house is 15 km from Nogent le Rotrou with its magnificent Saturday morning market and also its train station which allows easy access by train.
