The 68m² barrier-free apartment on the ground floor offers plenty of space for up to 4 people.

The apartment has a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with tub, shower and toilet, a bedroom and a private hallway.

The apartment with a beautiful view of the surroundings is very bright and flooded with light.

On the south and west side of the apartment invites an extended terrace with glass roofing to linger.
There you can have breakfast on a sunny day in the sun or enjoy the sunset in the evening.
