Brand new sleek & stylish studio in the core of Arcata, 3 blocks from Plaza. Simplicity at it's finest! This brand new contemporary studio was designed for guests craving a quality stay in Arcata with comfort & style in mind. Perfect for an easy, relaxing getaway furnished with a quality King bed, gas fireplace & fully stocked kitchen. The home features a large Smart T.V. for a cozy night in! Conveniently located just footsteps to downtown Arcata, and less than a five minute drive to Cal Poly Humboldt. Take an easy stroll to visit Saturday's farmer's market on the Plaza. Enjoy walking to the vibrant nightlife and sampling the delicious local brews, cider bar, wine tasting and one of a kind restaurants. Onsite parking is limited to 1 compact vehicle only.

Important Notes:

** Guest reserving home must be 25 years or older, be staying at the property the entire time and will be considered the responsible party for this booking.

** Upon completion of booking reservation guests will be required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to Trinidad Retreats rules and regulations.

This is a lovely studio near the heart of Arcata - easy walking distance to the plaza, north town, and the university. It is new and bright and has all the basic amenities.

The place was comfortable and quiet. There was a supermarket nearby, and the kitchen was well equipped, with the only thing missing being a dishwasher. The location is in the city center, making it convenient to walk to restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.The only downside was that the bathroom sink drained very slowly.

Great location just a few blocks from the town plaza. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Humboldt Cal Poly and it was a perfect place to stay for us. Very clean, comfortable bed. It was a bit cold during our stay at, so the fireplace was a very welcome touch. Thank you!

Very clean and luxurious, centrally located place. Loved having such a comfy bed and towels, nice in-room guide, full fridge and kitchen. Really a lovely place, the only thing that it was missing was coffee lol. Keep in mind that checkout is a bit earlier than many places, 10 am. The location could not be better. Great for couples or singles, walking distance to great grocery options and farmers market and steps from an amazing bagel place.

This place was very clean, very good location. Well-equipped kitchen. I had the same problem that another recent guest noted: very sluggish bathroom sink drain! I notified the host as soon as I experienced this, but it wasn't fixed during my stay.Although the place was quiet during my stay, it didn't feel very private- being between an apartment building and another house, and at ground level.My 3 nights there were OK, but I won't stay there again.
