The beautiful, newly painted private space & sunroom with all amenities has a surfboard and cruiser bike for guest use. The house is 210 square feet. The rental includes an attached beautiful hand-crafted sunroom/living room area.
Close to hiking trails, beaches, Cal-Poly University, Mad River Hospital, excellent dining & coffee shops, shopping & yoga studios, guests will surely find activities to entertain.
This private guesthouse has a fenced, furnished courtyard and is in a quiet neighborhood. Your host lives in the main house.
There are walking trails for running and biking with close proximity to Arcata Plaza. Arcata is a progressive town with contemporary art, coffee shops, 5 star dining, beautiful serene beaches and ancient redwood forests. Arcata is home of Humboldt's Cal/Poly University and has ample beautiful rivers and nature to explore.

Just what I needed - and more

I just needed a place to crash for the night so this cute tiny home was a great value. Upon arriving I met the property cat, Papaya, who was so friendly and cuddly I didn’t want to leave.

Cute, Private and Clean

My stay at this "tiny" house was very enjoyable. It is perfect for one person. The private entrance and fence made me feel safe and secure. The added space of the entry room and the outdoor courtyard gave me space to stretch out. The Wifi was fast enough for me to do some remote design work. Very nice touches such as tea, coffee, creamer and honey. I will stay here again when visiting Arcada.

Lovely little place

It was a lovely place that the owner clearly has devoted some time and energy to fill with chic decor and art work, with sweetly scented nontoxic lotions, soaps and hair products and quality linens. It is a converted shed and the walls are paper thin, but it's on a very quiet street.
