Welcome to our 5BR / 4.5BA home with a private screened pool inside Windsor Island Resort in Davenport, just about 10 miles from the Disney parks complex (distances vary by park/route).
This is an ideal Orlando home base for families and groups who want a comfortable place to relax after a day at the parks, shopping, golfing, or exploring the area.

Trash pickup
Trash is picked up daily by resort service. A trash barrel is provided outside.
Resort access requirement
All guests must provide full names for all adults (and under 18 if they will be driving) to gain access to the resort/home. This is a resort requirement. Please send names through the booking platform messaging.
Maximum occupancy
Maximum occupancy is as stated in the listing. Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy or the number of people on the reservation may have the reservation terminated immediately and will incur an additional charge of $100 per day per undisclosed person.

We chose this area because it’s one of the most convenient spots for an Orlando vacation. It’s close to the major theme parks and attractions, while still feeling like a calm place to come back to at the end of the day. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping nearby, plus easy access to the main roads that connect you to everything in the area.
What makes this property unique
This is a beautiful home inside Windsor Island Resort, with the best of both worlds: your own private screened pool plus full access to resort style amenities like the clubhouse, lazy river, water slide, gym, restaurant and bar, game room, and sports courts. The layout is ideal for groups, including two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and flexible sleeping space with bunk beds, so everyone can spread out and still enjoy time together.
