**LINENS AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL FEE UPON REQUEST**

This cute 2 bed two bath comfortable home sleeps 12 guests. This home is centrally located to shopping, dining and nightlife. The kitchen is equipped with everything would need to make your favorite family meals. Bedroom one features two queen beds, bedroom two features three queen beds as well as sleeper sofa in the living area. Outside, you will find the perfect deck to lounge on with your favorite beverage or book! The mezzanine deck has plenty of furniture and a fully fenced in yard is great for pets. Downstairs, there is a charcoal grill to enjoy! When the beach is calling, you are just a quick walk or golf cart ride away.

Dogs welcome with additional fee. Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Great weekend get away
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needed a place for family to come stay the weekend for birthday celebration. Worked out great. Large enough to accommodate everyone and close to the party. Thank you Melissa Risch for making things easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were very uncomfortable.. other houses I have rented from Swedes were very hospitable. I didn’t feel that in this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am very happy with Swedes rental. All the ppl I talked to were very helpful and very nice. I will definitely be renting from them again. The property had an Rv setting on it with no trespassing signs and that made us all a little uncomfortable at first until we found out no one was there. When you try to cleanup after your pets though, I was hesitate about going around all the property. It was nice having a fenced in place for our dogs.

It had a musty smell and a little visible water damage. The kitchen pans and utensils need to be replaced. Beach access was straight down the road and easy. It has a lift but not for rentals customers.

Not Paradise or a Haven
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There's a travel trailer parked right beside the house and it beeped the entire time we were there. We couldn't sit outside because the beeping drove us crazy, which really sucks because we were looking forward to spending time outside and relaxing. There are no curtains in the living room so it's too bright during the day to watch TV or nap. The window in the kitchen has no covering at all and the neighbors can see right in. We had to remove a huge nasty hair ball that was clogging up the bathtub and not allowing it to drain. The refrigerator smelled like rotten shrimp and we couldn't keep our food in it. The beds were very uncomfortable and we couldn't get any sleep, which is why we left a full day before we were supposed to leave. We weren't able to relax inside or outside on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.
