We had the absolute best time. The weather could have been better, but it’s just that time of year. The house was perfect, close enough that we spent our time on the beach and came to the house to cook dinner and breakfast for our closest family and friends, all there to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. Everything we needed was provided, and then some. Alix was amazing! We’ll be back for sure!

Why they chose this property

I grew up here as a kid during the Summer. My dad had a house here and I can tell you that not much as changed since then, it's almost the same place....which is what makes this place so special. I love that you can make memories and come back decades later and realize the place is just as special and magical and untouched as you left it as a teenager. I just want people to see the joy a texas coast can bring and make all the memories!

What makes this property unique

We offer a decent price range for a house that has a view of the ocean or ICW from EVERY window, and is 50 yards from the sand. Views and proximity in a decent price range should make us STAND out!
