As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will be greeted by a spacious and beautifully appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The welcoming living room invites you to spread out comfortably with cozy sofas and recliners and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. When mealtime comes, surprise everyone with your culinary skills and prepare exquisite homemade meals and beach snacks on the go in the well-appointed, eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze and a sparkling island with seating. The living area opens onto an extensive deck with views of the ocean and several chairs where you can unwind and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Downstairs is a covered patio with a picnic table and an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
