One-time rental: “Fouras on Foot”

This single-storey house with a small quiet garden will offer you the possibility of doing most of your trips on foot without having to find a parking space for your car.
- The city centre and its market are 7 minutes away,
- The South beach also 7 minutes away
- The Grande Plage 11 minutes through the city centre.

The accommodation
Old house that naturally keeps cool in summer.

• Noise environment: Located in a central street in zone 30, the house allows you to do everything on foot. The street being wide, the limit is not always respected and the passage of cars can be heard if you sleep with the windows open. The kitchen, terrace and garden are located at the back, opposite the street: this orientation allows you to enjoy a much quieter and sheltered exterior.

• Preparation of the house and maintenance: When you arrive, your beds are ready! We manage the bed linen, general maintenance (dust, garden) and cleanliness control between each traveller.

The cleaning of your stay is not included (and not offered as an option). You must make the house clean and tidy: empty the bins, vacuum, clean the oven, start and empty the dishwasher (non-exhaustive list) and pick up dog droppings in the garden.
As the gîte is often reoccupied the same day, any failure to do so will require the emergency intervention of a cleaning company. A minimum flat rate of €170 (adjustable according to the condition) will then be applied. We would really prefer not to have to use it.

Please leave the premises in the exact state you would like to find them.

• Living & Outdoors: A fully equipped kitchen in which you will find oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine (ground coffee), toaster, kettle, plancha) open to the living room. Direct and private access to a terrace with garden of about 35 m2 fully enclosed.

Cats are not allowed. We accept dogs as long as they do not climb on the sofa or on the beds.

• Bedrooms (Bed linen provided):
o Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 cm).
o Bedroom 2: Modular according to your needs (2 single beds or 1 double bed 160 cm). Please let us know your preference.

• Facilities: Modern bathroom (towels to be discussed with us), laundry room to store your bikes, seats and beach tent, washing machine, gas plancha.

• Practical: Supermarket at 1.2 km.

Traveller access
Enjoy each space freely as if you were at home.
Parking on the street next to the house is free (parking alternating every fortnight).

Other remarks
• Arrival: From 16:00. This slot guarantees a complete preparation of the accommodation; no early arrival is possible.

• Swimming: 4 beaches nearby. The retention basin of the Grande Plage allows you to swim at any time, even at low tide.
