About this property

Modern apartment in a quiet residential complex

Our quiet apartment in the residential complex "Moby Dick" is near the old lighthouse.

The apartment was completely renovated in April 2016, including a new kitchen.

The center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the main beach in 10 minutes.
A small bakery shop is 20m away.

The apartment on the 1st The upper floor can be comfortably occupied by 2 people. A free parking space is available directly at the residence.

The living room / bedroom has a double bed 180x200, a sofa and a dining table with 2 chairs.
In the sitting area with satellite TV or on the south / west balcony you can end the day and enjoy the sunset on Borkum.

The apartment is non-smoking and pet-free!

You will receive an invoice & further information by email.
The tourist tax is included in the rental price and is paid by us directly to the city. You will receive the spa cards from us by post before arrival.
The deposit is 100 euros, which will be automatically reimbursed shortly after your departure, provided that no complaints or damage are reported by our staff.

The rental price includes consumption costs, 1 set of bed linen & 1 set of towels
(1 hand & 1 bath towel per person/ Week) included (others for a small fee).

The apartment will be occupied from 4 p.m. (or a little earlier, depending on the completion of the cleaning), departure by 10 a.m. at the latest!

A laundry room with coin-operated washing machine / dryer is available in the annex if required.

Wir hatten trotz durchwachsenem Wetter einen tollen Aufenthalt. Lediglich die Sauberkeit des Treppenhauses hätte sicher besser sein können.

Eine wirklich schöne kleine gemütliche Wohnung für 2 Personen. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und waren so mobil um einzukaufen, essen zu gehen und die Umgebung samt wunderschöner Insel zu erkunden. Wir kommen wieder!!

Die Wohnung hat uns mit einem muffigen Geruch begrüßt, welcher sich auch durch dauerhaftes Lüften nicht nachhaltig reduzieren ließ.Die hellhörigen Wände ließen uns lebhaft an den Aktivitäten der Nachbarschaft teilhaben (Klospülung, lautes Fernsehen & Radio) An einen Tag kamen noch Renovierungsarbeiten mit der Schlagbohrmaschine hinzu. Dafür kann der Vermieter selbstverständlich nichts, es steigerte jedoch auch das Urlaubserlebnis nicht signifikant.Für unseren Geschmack waren die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche sehr stark parfümiert.Positiv waren die Parkmöglichkeiten für PKW und Fahrrad in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein Bäcker in der Nachbarschaft, sowie die Insel an sich.Daher gerne wieder Urlaub auf Borkum, jedoch in einer anderen Unterkunft.

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld der Reise lief reibungslos und mithilfe der Anweisungen konnte der Self-Check-In problemlos durchgeführt werden. Die Wohnung ist in einen kleinen Flur, einem modernen Bad, Küche und Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer inklusive Balkon aufgeteilt. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend und in guten Zustand.

Es genügen wenige Worte, einfach nur schön. Top Unterkunft, eine sehr schöne Insel und super Wetter. Gut, das letztere mag jeder anders empfinden. Bei uns hat es gestimmt.

Wir waren enttäuscht von der Unterkunft

Der Begriff "Ferienwohnung" trifft auf die Unterkunft eigentlich nicht zu. Es ist ein Appartment - ein einziges Zimmer, in dem man sich nur sehr abgezirkelt bewegen kann. Alles war sehr eng und zugestellt. In die Dusche kommen Menschen über einem BMI von 30 nicht hinein. Das einzig geräumige ist der Balkon. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht, würden die Unterkunft aber auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen, da für uns auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst hat.

Helle und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnbereich ist hell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Duschkabine bzw. der Einstiegsbereich könnte etwas breiter sein. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man hat trotzdem seine Ruhe. Man ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in Kürze im Centrum.

Schöner Borkum Urlaub in einer klasse Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier wurde wirklich an alles Gedacht. Vom Windlicht für den Balkon, über einen Eierkocher bis hin zur Urlaubslektüre. Die Einrichtung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke für eine erholsame Zeit, gern kommen wir wieder!
