Located directly in the pedestrian zone of Bismarckstrasse and on the main beach, the Strandblick and Strandkoje apartments in Haus Seeblick are available for rent. They impress with their unique view and their extremely central location.
Both apartments were renovated at the beginning of 2024. The Strandkoje apartment (3 people) is on the 4th floor, the Strandblick apartment (2 people) with excellent views of the sea is on the 6th floor of the house. There is an elevator available in the house.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Die Lage ist perfekt ( Sicht zum Meer, man fällt aus der Haustür raus und hat direkt den Einkaufsmarkt sowie Restaurants vor der Nase ). Bett war sehr gut. Dusche WC hatte eine schöne Größe. Das Apartment war sehr Sauber und Stilvoll eingerichtet.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Strandkorb der uns versprochen wurde. Am 30. September sind wir angereist und davon ausgegangen, dass wir diesen über den gebuchten Zeitraum auch nutzen dürfen. Aber schon am nächsten Tag (01. Oktober) stand dieser nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Dies fanden wir sehr schade, da der Strandkorb mit der gezahlten Miete bereits von uns bezahlt wurde. Nun möchten wir darum bitten, uns den Betrag für die Nutzung des Strandkorbes zu Erstatten. Wir haben schon versucht den Kontakt über die angegebene Handynummer herzustellen, doch dies war leider erfolglos. Das finden wir sehr schade, da es ansonsten wirklich sehr toll war. Freundliche Grüße

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Borkum, die schon beim Frühstück mit dem tollen Blick direkt auf das Wasser überzeugte. Selbst wenn man Fussläufig nicht mehr so gut unterwegs ist, hat man alles direkt vor der Tür. Das war einfach ein Traum und findet man selten. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Die etwas höheren Betten sind vor allem für Senioren ein echter Pluspunkt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Toller Ausblick! Alles da, was man so braucht. Wir finden nicht, dass die Wohnung- wie vom Vermieter vor Ort angekündigt- zeitnah renoviert werden muss. Alles ordentlich und sauber und schön. Deshalb haben wir auch keine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Toll ist auch, dass zur Wohnung auch ein Strandkorb gehört. Das relativiert den Gesamtpreis enorm. Danke dafür. Für Liebhaber der Ruhe: die Bismarckstraße ist Borkums Hauptstraße für Geschäfte und auch Bars. Es kann draußen also auch mal laut werden. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir wussten das vorher. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder.
