The listing is titled "Studio Apartment with two queen beds", however what we got instead was a hotel room with a single bed.
The resort seemed nice, but we didn't explore any of it. We booked the rental for two comfortable beds to sleep in until 11am checkout, but instead got 1 bed and an uncomfortable pull-out sofa bed with a 10am checkout time. It turns out the "Villas II" only have single-bed rooms, whereas the "Villas I" may have some two-queen rooms. Consider verifying the room type with the resort before booking through VRBO.
We tried resolving the issue both with the owner and VRBO support, but neither was helpful.
