Relax in a new house away from mass tourism and overcrowded seaside resorts:

- "Natural beach" (small bays, see photo) nearby, a perfect swimming area for children 500 m away,
- The most beautiful and largest bathing beach on the island is about 12 kilometers away and can be reached quickly
- No neighbors in front of the large glass front / terrace
- Large windows, spacious rooms with very high ceilings and a gallery in the dining area
- High quality furnishings, clear design, modern bathrooms with walk-in showers
- Everything for families with children: changing table, trellis, chairs, baby cot, bathtub, board games, books - WiFi, fully automatic coffee machine, stove, grill
- playground, trampoline
- Seaside resorts Binz, Sellin and Sassnitz quickly accessible (30 km away)

Since construction work can take place in the area between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., we have reduced the prices by 20%, which are included in the price list.

For a small surcharge, our guests can use the services of the wellness hotel (sauna, fitness, indoor and outdoor pool, breakfast and restaurant),

Das Haus war super sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sehr ruhige Lage, von der man aber mobil alles schnell erreichen kann. Schlüsselübergabe super unkompliziert und schnell. Der Kontakt sehr höflich. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Aufteilung sehr gut gelöst. Das Ferienhaus können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Nach unserer Meinung war alles super.

Perfekt erholt vom Alltagsstress

Das lichtdurchflutete, großzügig und modern ausgestattete Ferienhaus in Trent war der perfekte Ort zum abschalten und erholen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles vor Ort was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne und große Außenbereich mit ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und natürlich dem Whirlpool. Wer mit Kindern anreist kann sich über eine schöne Spielecke im Haus und auch im Garten freuen. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Gegend läd zu schönen Spaziergängen in der Natur ein. Mit dem Auto kann man in relativ kurzer Fahrzeit die Urlaubsorte Binz, Sassnitz und Glowe erreichen - dort ist dann etwas mehr Trubel (wenn man das will). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Tolles Haus, toller Urlaub! Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Vaschwitz verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und absolut unkompliziert. Der Empfang mit einem Glas Sekt sehr herzlich. Auch sonst lässt das Haus keine Wünsche offen. Alles da für einen tollen Aufenthalt, vor allem mit Kindern. Viel Platz draußen und drinnen. Uns hat es alles in allem sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

Tolles Haus absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben 10 Tagen in dieses tolle Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist absolut toll. Kindergerecht, Höhe standard und genügend platz. Mit der Fähre direkt um die ecke eine schnelle verbindung zu den schönen stränden Bakenberg und Schaabe. Sehr empfehlenswert!
