Conveniently located between the beach and a wooded area, this holiday home is an ideal base for active travellers or families with children.<br>From the central, cosy living room with a fireplace, dining area, and open kitchen, a staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. Here you’ll find a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The kitchen, equipped with an induction stove, microwave, and oven, has everything an amateur chef could wish for. Also on the ground floor, there is a small bathroom and a large shower with access to the outdoor sauna. The small sauna house stands separately in the middle of the garden.<br>The house is also equipped with a high chair, a travel cot, a dog bed, and a food bowl. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A washing machine and dryer are also available free of charge. All windows and patio doors are equipped with insect screens.<br>Since smoking is prohibited inside the holiday home, there is a covered smoking area in the outbuilding.<br>On the 850 m² fenced-in property, you’ll also find an outdoor grill and outdoor fireplace, three folding lounge chairs, plenty of patio furniture, and a beach chair for your use. There is also plenty of space and shade for pets. The forest is nearby, and the dog beach is just 300 metres away.
