This uniquely exclusive 3-star apartment (46 sqm) with stucco, parquet floors and its own garden with terrace has a box spring double bed (180/200), divisible in 2x 90/200, a desk, mirror cabinet with safe, iron, ironing board , Clothes horse, a flat screen, a stereo and other furnishings.

The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances as well as a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, tea, coffee and coffee cream, sugar and basic spices.

The dining area has comfortable seating for 2 people.
The shower bathroom with toilet is equipped with a rung heater, hairdryer, electric cosmetic mirror and a basic set of hygiene articles.

The central heating can be regulated on the heating thermostats.
The windows to the garden and terrace are equipped with roller blinds and external electrical blinds.

Bed linen, towels and WLAN / WiFi are free of charge.

Great place to stay in Berlin.

The apartment is a comfortable place to stay after a long sightseeing day in Berlin. Quiet and central, bus and U-Bahn station within walking distance and very good connection to TXL.

Fantastic place felt like home

We had an awesome time staying here. We celebrated our one year anniversary and I ran the Berlin marathon. The place was great and the neighborhood offered lots of shops and stores and parks nearby. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed here while exploring Berlin. Everything about the apartment was great. Communication was excellent. Public transportation was very accessible. It is an easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The outdoor patio was a perfect place to relax after a long day or to have your morning coffee.

Great spacious apartment in Berlin

Easy check in and 15 minutes from the main station. Spacious suite, great comfortable bed ,very clean and bright. Many restaurants in the area within walking distance- good vibes, multi- cultural area. Kitchen is small but we ate out most meals so no problem for us.

We are just home after a 5 night stay at this apartment with private garden. Even nicer than the pictures suggest. 10 minute trip from central station on the bus. Bakery , pub, supermarket and cocktail bar within 150 metres. No noise at night and a very comfortable bed. Very well equipped for a holiday and a warm welcome from the hosts.

Comfortable and quiet

Stayed for 5 nights in lovely quiet ground floor apartment set back from road through a courtyard. Well appointed and with a washing machine. Public transport nearby - short local bus ride to Metro or 20 minute walk. Supermarket nearby and also a couple of good restaurants. Would recommend.

Lovely all around

This was such a beautiful stay. The in-unit washer was a life saver. The building was very cool in the warm August weather and we always looked forward to getting back to this rental to recharge and rest. You have to check out Tiergarten and its gorgeous beer garden. Order the curry quest and rent a boat for a bit. Was hard saying goodbye to this cute spot and this wild city.

Fabulous Stay

Such a lovely apartment that has been decorated in a very stylish and yet comfortable way. Lots of privacy, comfy and big bed, relaxing garden, washing machine with clothes rack, train station is walkable but a bit far and there is good variety of restaurants. Metro is close and the area is quiet, a reprieve from the tourist areas. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day. Thank you to our hosts. Marcia and Glenn

Couldn't be happier

We were incredibly pleased with our accommodation - it was absolutely perfect! Very quiet, very clean, comfy beds, had everything we needed. Nice to be able to eat breakfast in the garden too! Very easy to get into town (hop on the 123 bus to the Hauptbanhof). The only thing that could've been better was the shower (the shower head forces the water out with too much force and the water was either too hold or too cold), but that wasn't a major issue considering how much we loved everything else. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent private place with great host

This is a small apartment that has it all and is close to train station and city centre. Public transport was great, except when there was a 48 hour busstrike and pre-election demonstrations. Had to walk a lot but otherwise no problem. Missing items at check in such as shower gel were immediately provided. Nice bottle of wine as welcome! Host very communicative.

Excellent accommodations with easy access to transit options

This was a wonderful studio apartment just outside of the city center. Several train lines were accessible in a short walk and there was a bus stop on the corner! Ample street parking was available. The apartment was well appointed with all of the modern amenities you would need, including a clothes washer, hair dryer, dishwasher, and other appliances. The unit was nicely cleaned and had a private patio in the back. Overall, this is an absolutely wonderful abode slightly off the main thoroughfare. The hosts were nice and accommodating, and made you feel at home from the moment of arrival. I would definitely stay here again!

Response time was good, communication during check-in was a little difficult, but we don't speak German, so that made it difficult for both parties. Parking seemed to be initially included, but then realized that in order to garner parking we could pay for the owners parking spot behind a locked gate, which was actually a good way to park the car ensuring we had a spot and it was protected. Owner quickly responded and came to ensure heating was fixed.

Die Gäste erhielten beim Einchecken den Schlüssel mit dem Hinweis auf das W-LAN Passwort. Sie waren über die schöne Wohnung sehr erfreut. Da Sie über ein Internetportal gebucht hatten, war ein Parkplatz nicht inbegriffen. Aufgrund der kostspieligen Parkraumbewirtschaftung waren die Gäste ratlos, deshalb stellten wir entgegenkommender Weise unseren selbst auf einem Nachbargrundstück angemieteten Perkplatz gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung, was dankend angenommen wurde. Die Heizung wurde durch das Reinigungspersonal wie üblich nach jedem Checkout abgedreht und hier vergessen wieder einzuschalten, was nach ein paar Handgriffen gelang. Insgesamt wren die Gäste sehr angenehm.

Beautiful apartment, convenience, and friendly host

I stayed at this studio apartment on the ground floor during my visit to Berlin for 8 nights. The place was very clean and a good size, with a well equipped kitchenette and a lovely courtyard. The host was very welcoming and friendly. He also responded to my enquiries quickly and was very helpful. The location of the place is an easy 500m walk to the U-Bahn (subway station) where you also find some nice cafes and a yummy kebab shop. About 200m down the street you will also see a lovely park where you can go for a short run. Or you can also run down the Brandenburg Gate through Tiergarten which is only a 4.5km run down :-) The location is also served by three super markets - Edeka(near the U-Bahn), Aldi, and Lidl. We really enjoy our stay in this apartment. It made our trip to Berlin wonderful!

Tolles Appartement! Nicht nur sehr funktional, auch total nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die ausschließlich zur Selbstnutzung im EG-Innenhof angeschlossene Terrasse ist nicht nur für Raucher ein echtes Asset mit Mehrwert. Fußläufig verschiedene ÖPNV-Optionen und Supermarkt gut erreichbar. HBF-Nähe war auch für An- und Abreise mit dicken Koffern total preisgünstig mgl. Nette und hilfsbereite "Willkommens-Betreuung". Marginaler Mangel: Die klitzekleine Spülmaschine hat nicht wirklich gut gespült. War aber gar nicht schlimm. Umso wertvoller die Verschattungsmöglichkeiten und die großen Oberlichter zur Belüftung an den großen Fenstern. Durch den Durchgang mit Zwischenhof und die weitere Innenhoflage ist es mega ruhig - auch bei geöffneten Fenstern! und auch auf der Terrasse super entspannt. Der verfügbare Sonnenschirm muss allerdings mit etwas Mitgefühl bedient werden ;-)
