About the host

We are a family of 4, with a teenager and an elementary school kid. We are seasoned in the vacation rental business. We try our best to accommodate the guests, making sure they have everything provided as needed. We take into consideration every constructive advice and critique to improve the quality of service as a host. Very easy to reach, we respond typically within an hour. As much as we can, we block the calendar to enjoy the place ourselves. Even though it is a "staycation" for us, the kids enjoy the heated pools so much. Also, we love to walk by the canal. Sometimes, we bring our bikes to stroll around the town or the canal. The wife is a hiker, so she enjoys beautiful hiking trails nearby. She is a shopper too, so the Fashion Square Mall is coming in handy...
We love to spend our date night there, as we enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars. And the best part is that we do not even have to take an Uber, we can just walk back home!

Why they chose this property
It is a very nice, quiet, and safe community. Greatly monitored and taken care of subdivision. Many owners are snowbirds that are coming there for years. It is a super convenient location, very close to downtown but not too close, preventing from hearing nightlife noise over the weekends. The place itself is cozy, with good space, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen.
