The house is located on the Wild Atlantic Way, with 2500 km one of the longest coastal roads in the world with untamed, rough nature and spectacular cliffs and panoramas as well as evidence of millennia-old culture.
Located on a hill with large windows with sea view, secluded location with a lot of privacy, a few minutes' walk to the small, picturesque sandy beach on Tragumna Bay (blue flag). Magnificent sunsets, 7,000 square meters surrounding in the middle of nature. The wider area is populated by friendly local Irish people who often meet in the evening at the nearby Skibbereen Eagle Pub.
Fully equipped kitchen, dining area with sea view. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Bathroom with large shower, toilet. 2 bedrooms and pull-out couch in the living room, fireplace. SATELLITE TV. Large winter garden (unheated) with seating, dining table and 2 deck chairs to fully enjoy the Irish nature with wind and weather with an Irish coffee.
