Anhand der Fotos konnte man nicht erkennen, das es sich um eine Wohnung im Untergeschoss handelt und somitauch am Tag sehr dunkel ist. Darauf müsste aufmerksamgemacht werden.

Wir kommen nicht wieder

Die Wohnung ist geografisch gut gelegen und es ist ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Leider erreicht man die Wohnung nur über eine steile Stein-Kellertreppe die in das Geschoss -1 führt. Dort sind Fahrradkeller, Wäscheräume und Technikräume zu finden, sowie zwei „Wohnungen“. Das Fenster liegt unter den darüberliegenden Balkonen, daher eher dunkel. Die Möblierung der Wohnung ist, mit Ausnahme der Küche, sehr alt und teilweise beschädigt. In den Ecken hingen tote Spinnen und im Bad ist (leichter) Schimmel in den Ecken. Außerdem ist es extrem bodenkalt. Wir werden die Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen (vor allem zu dem von uns gezahlten Preis!).

Souterrain stand nicht in Anzeige, war an heißen Tagen aber perfekt, weil kühl; Super dass der Strandkorb inbegriffen ist; Erklärung zur Lüftung hängt sehr weit oben und wird nur durch Zufall gefunden, Hinweis dazu wäre von Vorteil Ansonsten super Wohnung für den Sommerurlaub und wirklich nah am Strand

Schöner Aufenthalt am Timmendorfer Strand

Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, war es uns nicht möglich den Schlüssel direkt in Scharbeutz abzuholen. Leider stand diese Information auch nirgendwo dabei. Eine sehr nette und freundliche Kollegin hatte uns den Schlüssel dann direkt an die Ferienwohnung gebracht. Die Wohnung müsste besser ausgeschildert sein, wenn man die Treppe runter kommt, denkt man zuerst man sei bei den Kellerräumen gelandet. Die Wohnung war schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein paar Sachen sind uns aber dennoch aufgefallen: - die Küchenutensilien wie eine Schere etc. und genug Besteck sowie Teller könnten mehr oder überhaupt da sein. - einige Geschirrteile waren noch schmutzig in den Schubladen. - der Badboden war leider nicht ganz sauber, die Ecken waren nicht richtig gereinigt und es lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger dort. - die ganzen Stauräume in den Schränken waren vollgestopft mit Kopfkissen und Bettdecken, so hatten wir kaum die Möglichkeit die Klamotten unterzubringen, da wir auch die Kissen nicht in der Wohnung liegen lassen wollten. Alles in allem war es aber ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir konnten über die Dinge hinwegsehen.

Rundum alles in Ordnung.

Zusammenfassend hatten wir 10 tolle Tage an der Ostsee. Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich wie im Inserat beschrieben. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters waren wir sehr viel draussen und waren nur zum Schlafen (Frühstück / Abendessen) in der Wohnung. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Wir sind zu viert mit zwei Kleinkindern verreist, ich glaube mit 4 Erwachsenen oder grossen Kindern ist das Bad zu klein. Kleiner Negativpunkt ist das Schrankbett. Diesses mufft nach Keller. Ich weiss nicht ob es das Holz oder die Matratzen sind welche aufgrund des Einklappens zum Schrank vielleicht zu wenig Lüftung bekomen

Na ja ... so la la

Leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft ist eher eine kleine Herberge mit scheinbar guter Vermietung, da bleibt beim Säubern, Kontrollieren, Erneuern und Ersetzen schon mal die Gründlichkeit auf der Strecke. Empfehlen würden wir diese nicht. Leider gilt auch hier: Bedarf <=> Nachfrage.

Schöne Wohnung Timmendorfer Strand

Wir haben schöne 2 Wochen am Timmendorfer Strand verbracht. Schöne kleine Kellerwohnung. Durch das bequeme Schrankbett hatten wir auch zu viert genügend Platz. Der Weg zum Strand sind nur 2 Minuten und es ist auch nicht weit zur City. Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet Wir würden hier bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder wohnen.
