The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The city center of the fashionable Timmendorfer Strand is only a few minutes' walk away.

The apartment offers 3 rooms for 4 guests and pure relaxation in a central location. On the lower level is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have access to the first balcony with a garden table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, the dining area offers space for 4 people. A staircase leads to the upper area, where there are two bedrooms. The spacious, first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) with access to the second balcony with garden loungers. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (each 0.90 wide) and storage options. The modern shower room with toilet completes the apartment. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment creates an additional feel-good atmosphere. Electric shutters offer comfortable sleeping comfort.

Entertainment in the evening: An LED TV in the living room with cable connection invites you to cozy TV evenings. Another LED TV is in the upper bedroom with a double bed. Wi-Fi access is available to guests free of charge.
