The light flooded apartment shines through a beach near location and a balcony in south-west location. In about 200 meters is already the Baltic Sea beach. The city center of fashionable Timmendorfer Strand is just a few minutes' walk away.

Of course you should not miss your faithful four-legged friend even on holiday. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to extensive Gassi tours. Timmendorfer beach, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches, where your dog can let off steam.

The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, the dining area seats 4 people. In the first bedroom is a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) as a bedding and a wardrobe for storage space. Another sleeping area contains two single beds (0.90 width) and another wardrobe. Both bedrooms have pleats or curtains to darken. From the living room you can reach the south-west facing balcony with garden furniture and parasol. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower function and a toilet. Underfloor heating in the bathroom provides an additional feel-good atmosphere. In addition, a safe keeps your valuables safe.

Insgesamt eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr nah am Strand. Das ist gerade mit Kindern wichtig. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und auch ein Fahrradschuppen ist vorhanden.Die Einzelbetten sind ziemlich durchgelegen.

Top Lage, saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und nicht verwohnt, die Möbel relativ neu. Die Loggia war leider verunkrautet und scheint nicht gereinigt zu werden. Tisch und Stühle sind auch zu groß für die kleine Loggia. Die Lage zum Strand ist top, zur Innenstadt ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang von ca. 8 bis 20 Minuten.

Schönes Appartment mit kurzem Weg zum Strand

Insgesamt sehr gut. Es fehlen Topflappen zum Kochen. In einem Kleiderschrank liegen so viele Ersatzdecken und in einer Schublade Farbe zum Streichen, dass man keine Kleidung ablegen kann.

Sehr schön, aber ....

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten. Sie ist ausreichend groß und schön hell. Ein Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ein Manko ist leider, dass die Matratzen im Elternbett leider total durchgelegen sind. Auch fanden wir es schade, dass nach 8 Wochen Schließungszeit weder der Kühlschrank eingeschaltet, noch ein/zwei Handwerkerarbeiten nicht erledigt waren.
